The Motorcycle tyre that I bought from Giga Tyres was well priced compared to UK suppliers and also included free delivery from Germany. It was delivered to me a day earlier than Giga had advised so overall very happy.

This was the second tyre that I have bought from Giga so intend continuing to buy from them.

I found exactly what I wanted, a really good price and delivery was very quick and on time. Great service, I can highly recommend this company.

"Giga Tyres" is just one of the many names of Delticom Tyres limited.

There is a common theme (read the other Delticom reviews) where they will tell you the tyre is in stock, they will tell you it has shipped, give you a fake tracking number, then when you chase them up to ask where your tyre is, they will tell you it is stuck in customs. When you call up customs or the courier, you will find out that the tyre has never been handed over to the courier and it was a complete lie.

The next step is trying to get your money back, which they will make as difficult as possible

Despite some negative reviews I am 100% pleased with this company. Great communication throughout and a huge saving on four winter tyres. I was in no rush and having read previous reviews was expecting to wait a month but arrived in 15 days. Exactly as ordered, came in one consignment and perfect condition. No issues whatsoever. Dealt with this company after ordering through 'Tyres.net'. Cant fault them as kept me updated with my order and answered any queries efficiently. Great price on the tyres (came in from Germany) compared to what i could get them for in the UK. Will definitely use again.

It is true that i received my tyres with a delay of 8 days but they are exactly what I ordered and in perfect condition. I had a panic attack when I've seen all the reviews but everything is OK now. The customer service was great; they were answering straight away to my emails. If they can improve the tracking system, it would be perfect. I will buy again for sure.Thank you!

Ordered tyre on 21st April and received e mail to say it was being processed at warehouse. 2nd email to say it was being dispatched and delivery would be on 29th latest. No tyre arrived and after several phone calls with Giga and being told it was held up in customs I checked with customs depot and no tyre was in there. Phone giga again and was told tyre had arrived at customs on 21st April !! So dispatched late on 21st from warehouse in Germany and then arrived on 21stApril in Oldbury customs/DPD in UK ?? dont think so. Cancelled order and promised refund next day , again abysmal service no refund 1 week later so now in hands of PAYPAL. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY ON ANY ACCOUNT !

Still haven’t received my tyres 6 days after supposed delivery date.
Presumably that can’t be Giga tyres fault and is down to the delivery company they employ.

After researching tyres online, Giga-tyres had what I wanted in stock and ready to go. Order placed 10/04/2022. It is not made obvious that the tyres are being shipped from Germany and predicted delivery date was two weeks (25/04). I noticed on the tracking it said it had been delivered, and when I rang up (25/04) to question it, I was told a new tracking code.
A day later and I received an email confirming a cancellation of the order and new order made and shipped out and no special delivery to make up for delay and communication break down.
I have a new "expected" delivery date of 11/05. It really shouldn't take a month to receive tyres.
The only reason I have awarded 2 stars, is the fact the communication after this has been prompt, even though I'm not getting a satisfactory resolution yet. As a first time customer, I have not been made to feel like they want to keep my interest and trade with them.

After trawling the internet for a new tyre for my motorbike, I found giga tyres. The price was by far the best I’d seen so ordered and waited. Communication was great and a delivery date given. Now considering the Christmas holidays and dreaded brexit changes fell between ordering and delivery I was expecting problems but in the end I had a 1 day delay. Fantastic, will definitely use giga tyres again.
