Sale of tyres was nice easy and quick, got an email two days later stating the delivery would be "somewhat delayed" so cancelled the order before shipment.
Received an email saying they've shipped and refunds could only be provided on return. Refused the delivery, didn't touch the tyres. Shipped straight back quickly. All received and confirmed by Giga.
Only the front tyre was refunded and no answer from the company...

Good price and delivery in 10 days
Tyres were a very good price and much cheaper than any UK supplier I could find.
I knew the tyres were coming from Germany to UK and the estimated 8 days was wishful thinking after Brexit but they arrived via DPD in 10 days (it would seem the DPD tracking only starts once they have cleared UK customs).
Lots of emails at the start tracking the order through the Giga Tyres system and a UK VAT receipt.
I would use Giga Tyres again.

Website misleading and very long delivery time.
Very slow delivery (tyres come from Germany, this is not made clear at purchase) ordered on 4th Dec, arrived 19th Dec. This could perhaps be forgiven but what really pissed me off was the fact their website states all tyres are guaranteed 2022 manufactured. My tyre arrived with the date of 17/21 printed on the side. Contacted customer service and was told you had to pay extra for that. Again not made clear at purchase.
Won’t be using this company again, be warned!

Not received my tyres, 8 days late
I still have not received my tyres 8 days after the predicted delivery date, I messaged giga tyres, Didn't get a reply. I can see my tired are stuck in a DPD depo. If giga tyres get back to me I will change this review.

Ordered hard to get tyres as this was the only place that had them and could deliver. 1 turned up in a couple of days the other a week later as had to be imported into the country, was concerned a few days after I’d ordered my tyre so contacted by email and a tracking number was provided the next day and was reassured it would turn up and it did so many thanks. Will be using again for more.

Supplied a tyre that was impossible to get elsewhere.
Supplied a tyre as a replacement for one that i had damaged, it was impossible to get elsewhere because it was discontinued, I am pleased to have a matching set of tyres now. Prompt service & fair price!

This company is sending us an invoice saying we are due them money for tyres and threatening court action. Never heard of them or used them. They have a noreply e-mail address and no means to contact them to sort this out.

Your company is not worth a survey!
Your company is not worth the survey as I have had so many problems with my particular order which has made me so mad it's beyond belief.
Now your sending me more tyres that I have not ordered expecting me to pay for them.
You couldn't even collect the incorrect tyres you previously sent out in error.
Over 2 months I waited for the collection of the incorrect tyres sent with numerous messages and phone calls to arrange collection but you failed to collect them so they have now been disposed of.
Now I'm being threatened that I need to pay for your mistake.
What sort of company are you!
I will see you in court Infront of a judge should the need arise.
You have no customer service what's so ever!
