Prompt customer response, very friendly customer staff, good quality items in the order catalog
Wide variety of items, very good customer service, prompt response from customer service staff. I had reached out to them to change the message on the gifts which they did very promptly. However, when I ordered 2 items together to be delivered to the same address, the website indicated that both will be delivered on the same day. But the second item was delivered only 5 days later. So the web site seems to give the same delivery date when ordering more than 1 item, but they are not delivered on the same day. Thats the only reason, I am not giving a 5, instead I am giving 4.

Actually fruits are hand delivered item and that's why it was delivered on date by hand, whereas sweets delivered by courier as per mentioned shipping details in the product description. For that reason sweets reached late. We request you to please place the order 3-4 days earlier of the delivery date from the next time. Then we can arrange properly to deliver on and within date.

But we have delivered all mentioned flower in same mentioned color and same quantity in fresh condition in same glass vase arrangement.
