We ordered a reclining chair/bed. There was an issue with the delivery where one of the 2 boxes shipped to us was returned to Gifted Touch's warehouse instead of being delivered. Not the company's fault, and they eventually helped us sort it out, but it was a bit of a headache. Then when the 2nd box arrived and we went to assemble it, we had more headaches with the assembly - the wrench included was too small for the bolts we had to use the wrench on. Eventually we got it assembled and so far it works well, but the whole process wasn't as easy as I had hoped it would be.

Great Customer Experience
Owner called me directly. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service. Table was delivered one day later. Amazing. Great savings! I've used far more expensive tables, and though I do not have a history of use to report (yet) it seems to be more than capable of doing the job!!!! Attractive table, and thing I like best, is the fact that there are no hydraulics involved. These have always been what fails/causes trouble over time.

Amazing!
I had the most wonderful customer service experience. When I was looking for new equipment for my business, Jeff and Lydia provided me with the highest degree of personal customer care, from suggestions of what would work best for my business to extremely fair pricing. They then followed up personally and helped me with any questions I had, and also followed up with the manufacturer making sure that the configuration of my new motorized bed was perfect. The Everest Eclipse Spa Bed
The Everest Eclipse spa bed is STUNNING, I own a facial spa and this bed just added prestige in my spa. I love the electric hand control and foot pedal, very quiet and smooth. The cushion is not too firm, just comfortable. Jeff was very helpful and I can't thank him enough for making the purchase of this bed possible.

INVOICE WAS BACKORDERED
Very unhappy that the site said the items were in stock but a few days later received and email saying they were back ordered. I am running a business and this did not help me have a successful week.

The truth is that in our notice of backorder to this customer, which we sent both 5 days ago, and again a second time 3 days ago, we offered to upgrade this order to a higher quality version of the same thing ( with a number of additional functions, and with a cost of 30% more ) at no additional cost to the customer. The customer has not responded to our offer, though we have been waiting. It was surprising to see this negative feedback , instead a response to our offer of a free upgrade. We'll reach out to this customer again until we make sure their needs are met.
Having started from scratch as a small business, we totally appreciate how important all of the details- little and large-- can be. And what the stresses actually are. We are honest and forthright, and when there are mistakes made-- as our company is human run, and not a.i. driven-- we are 100% pro-active to let our customers know that sometimes we need to course correct on an order. We're pro-active, we take responsibility, and try to make sure that we go above and beyond our customer's expectations.
At Giftedtouch, we care. Our name says it all. We are people driven. That means many things, and we get that sometimes it means that we're not perfect. But that doesn't prevent us from trying.
