My experience with Gifted Touch has been wonderful. I had a question, chatted with a member of the team online. It wasn’t able to get resolved so it was forwarded to a customer service lead. I figured I would get an email back but instead I was contacted by Jeff, the owner/CEO, who happened to be on an airplane. I can’t express how comforting that was to know that my concern was important enough for the owner to handle. Jeff’s attention to customer relations sets his company apart. He was able to resolve the issue immediately. Thank you so much Gifted Touch! Such a great company to work with and you can tell they truly care about their clients.

Customer service was GREAT!!! And the style and retwist was too. As always, I’ve been getting my hair done here for years and now my wife and kids do too.

I ordered an exam chair for my Midwifery Practice. This chair comes with the foot pedals for GYN exams. Jeff & his team provided great communication throughout the process of searching for the best chair, ordering, and receiving the exam chair.
Features I love about the exam chair are the strength of the steel, the softness of the leather, and the spa like design. I’m so happy with this purchase

Steamer seems to work well. I am happy

False advertising. Ordered the product shown online and was sent something I did not want without anyone ever checking in to see if that would be suitable. Also, my receipt does not have my name on it. It auto populated the name of the person I was gifting it to, which is problematic for my business and taxes. Feels sloppy.

Ordered gifted touch Exam chair on 5/17/2022: very prompt phone call. friendly and courteous salesman. called at 9 pm to take order: placed 6 exam table combo with three motor bed. Supposed to be deliver after June 1, 2022 as I still have previous tenant in there.
they delivered within week time unfortunately in this case early shipment caused previous tenant by accident took 6 x 2= 12 large package with them. once I called previous tenant, they said yes they have it and I had to get two friends and rent a U-Haul to get those box back to my facility.
MISSING ITEM: gifted touch supposed to send 6 paper holders with same order, separately delivered: to the date I have not received it.
WRONG ITEM: stool combo supposed to be with back rest: all stool came without any backrest.
Damaged ITEM: 3 Exam table Cushion were damaged, sent them pictures three separate occasion. Yet to hear response. Called them 4 times as well. I was told Lady name Lydia will call as she is over customer service department: no correspondence yet.
one out of six tables base. screw would not go in tried to change around as other table that trick worked. no luck for 1 table. as its not stable: no response yet.
many scratches on back side of cushion but no one is going to see that as it is screwed on the base so I have no issue there but indeed many scratches on back side.
very friendly and polite staff but every time I talked to them they said we will have someone name lydia call. and I am yet to hear anything.
Overall three chairs that did get assembled without any damaged seen is good quality for what I paid for.
All I ask is resolution or hear back to see what it is they need me to send them. I have sent them picture of damaged part. DO NOT KNOW what else to do. IF you don't have patience stay away.

6/21/22: 9:14 PM eastern time. I heard back and they explained what was the issue for delayed response.
I suggested to do facetime tomorrow so they can see what it is they need to send.
I appreciate their prompt response tonight.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. Jeff was the person who walked me through the process. From the beginning to the end excellent service. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service. Called me right back after I sent an email inquiring on spa tables. I do not need the tables until June so they are shipping them later. They are in stock and I can get them in less than a week.

My experience with mediluxe has been so very pleasant and stress free!! Jeff went above and beyond to assist in holding my delivery and planned perfect timing on a delivery from California to Florida. The exam chair I purchased exceeded all picture expectation.
This type of quality is the Chanel exam beds. It completely sets a glamorous tone in my private practice. Would highly recommend this company you would not be disappointed. Can’t wait for my next purchase to arrive
