Ordering the blanket was very simple and with many options to customize it. I loved the fact you had a blanket that you could upload a picture instead. I ordered the blanket and each step of the way I was updated with a status. It arrived in a timely fashion and it was a gift for my niece so I then shipped it to her. She loved it and will put it to good use.
