Very pleasant phone experience with Tina
Very pleasant phone call from Tina who explained the reason for her call, the possible shortfall between any insurance claim and the money owed at that time on the cars finance.She explained it very well, I explained my need for a car in the event of an accident to enable me to get to work as i work unsociable hours , she told me it was optional but recommended, went through the scenarios in which it would activate and explained the payment methods. All of it was explained clearly and concisely but with all details covered. Very professional phone call but without being pushy....the kind of sales calls you do not mind getting . Thanks Tina, enjoyed our chat .

I got a call from Stevie turner and she explained the reason for the call in depth, letting me know what I get with the CAP insurance and how it works and also asked about the warranty and she explained that further, stevie was very helpful with everything, just waiting for the document to be emailed over to me now.
