I take off 1 star because they take a few days to replying my concern about shipping time. But after all, my order - a Totoro plush was arrived to my door and my daughter love it a lot, she put it on her bed and they play the sleep party every night.
The shipping time is quite slow. It take me 2 weeks

I love that Ghibli Store has a large variety of products. It allows you to be able to find basically anything you're looking for. My order was shipped out not long after placing and is on the way with an expected delivery of next week. This will be my first order! I cannot wait!

I think the Covid delayed the delivery but I got my stuff finally, it is pretty cute and I love it. They have offered a 5% discount code for the next order as an apology for the delayed.

Shipping time is a bit long, about a month, but the goods still arrive in good condition

So I ordered a figurin from ghibli the 10 of mars ang got it a month later and discovered that it was broken. So I contacted ghilbli and they responded with that they apologize and that I haft to send pictures. So I did it and never got an answer back. I waited and sent them a lot of emails after that. Today it is 1 of may and still no response. I just wanted my money back :( I am really disappointed and angry.

I would give 0 starts If i could. Total scam. As stated before by others, their satisfaction guarantee is a hoax. i made the mistake of choosing them because of it, thinking the quality must be better and If not i won’t lose much since i can return the items. In reality the real terms and conditions concerning the returns and refunds pretty much Excludes most of the products they’re selling, you have to pay for the return costs and they wont refund the shipping costs and since they’re shipping products from different locations If you have more than one item to return you’ll need to pay for the costs of the returns of those separately making it way more expensive than the original shipping cost have even been not to mention you need to pay for a tracked shipment If you want to have even a slightest chance to get a refund so basically it has been made so that returning and getting a refund will be way more expensive for you than keeping the products. Also they’re not answering to emails concerning returns and refunds or they reply late or after you’ve sent several messages about it. After i sent every picture and detail they had asked from me as proof of the quality issues they stopped answering all together. At which point they had also buyed enough time with their actions (taking more than a week to get an answer to
Emails even though they promise to answer within 24h etc) that the timeperiod in which you can return the items had expired. Nor could you use any canceling options (paypal) etc at that point either. Also they only show the good reviews on their website (If they are even real), not publishing the bad ones (like mine), the sale timers in the websites refresh every few hours, the quality of the products is bad and in some cases you don’t even know what material they are (there aren’t any labels/tags and they feel iffy), etc etc. Their terms say they are Following UK laws but i have a hard time believing that.

Do not buy anything from this store. I ordered 2 hoodies. 1 came and was poor quality. The other hasn't arrived and they are not answering my emails. Note that they also ignore the 100% bad reviews and don't try to make amends in any way

Poor quality merchandise, doesn't honor satisfaction guaranteed returns.
