Ordered Walldrop because I saw an ad and it looked super professional. I placed the order on a holiday weekend and received responses the same day and the order the next day.

Wonderful quality and excellent customer service!

At first, I tried to do this myself. The results were amateurish, despite the fact that I paid to have my logo turned into 3D. For the very fair price that Wallfrop charges, the result is professional, accurate, and fast. I cannot wait until my next Zoom meeting!

They did a great job on our PC and mobile platform background. Understood what we were describing and wanting on the first pass. Pretty good for a graphics shop! PLUS, there were some slight issues with the first result, minor ones, but they redid them fast and at no extra charge to deliver the perfect backdrop for us. We may buy another one.

Walldrop did a great job. There was something I expected on the first version that was missing. I thought when I mentioned it, they were surely going to mention an additional costs. That's what companies normally do. Nope! They didn't hesitate to make sure they got me taken care of with no mention of fees. I highly recommend them!

Walldrop has done everything they promised to do. It was a very no nonsense experience. We bought two different Walldrops of 3 variations each (day, afternoon and night). I liked the night version but the other two weren't working for me. I replied to their message and within a day all was made right. No fuss over revisions whatsoever.

Very happy with the professionalism and promptness of the Walldrop team. The product is very, very good, but It didn't quite match the expectation of got from the promotional offering. I still get a little 'green screen bleed', by no means a big issue, but I really hoped it would be zero. Having said that, the product is good we are glad we have purchased it.

I had an issue with my walldrop and sent several emails with no response! Notice there is no customer service phone number on their website, that’s for a reason!

After trying to create my on video call backdrop multiple times on Canva and other options, I tried Walldrop after being referred by a friend. I couldn't be happier with their service. Speed, quality, communication, followup, value, support...AND will to do a revision a few weeks after using the original deliveries. Excellent service and one of the best VALUES out there.
