I was somewhat apprehensive since I had not heard of this company prior to seeing the ad on Facebook but I am very happy with the end result. In fact, it has exceeded my epectations. What a really great product and customer experience. I'm Gen X so I've had to learn and adapt with social media, tech, AI over time for my business so the Wall Drop looked like a really good addition for my video content. (I produce 30/45 second job vacancy video clips for LinkedIn mainly). I use iPhone & Mac to record and have Canva or Veed for creating - the process of recording, removing background & drop in my Walldrop - the finished video is superb - my content followers think I have a posh new office! :-) The customer experience has been first class - Juan has been so swift to reply to emails and made several minor tweaks really quickly. I will certainly use again and highly recommend Walldrop.
