I trusted this company based on their glowing reviews, but my experience has been a disaster. They knowingly provided me with a property that doesn't allow serviced accomodation due to head lease constraint. This missact led to significant financial loss for my new business having done the necessary renovations, and now my business is in the process of liquidation.

If you're considering using their services, be warned. My experience suggests they prioritize making a sale over offering the right solution. This is not the level of professionalism their reviews claim.

I recently attempted to contact the company regarding an issue with my lease, but I've encountered significant difficulties. The address they previously listed in Liverpool is no longer valid, and both Jack and Tom, with whom I initially dealt, are unresponsive. Neither their phones nor messages are being answered, which has been incredibly frustrating and concerning. If anyone else is experiencing similar issues or knows how to reach them, your input would be greatly appreciated. This lack of communication is unacceptable and has caused me considerable inconvenience.

GSIP are an amazing company, they have been incredibly helpful in starting my rent to rent journey. They are extremely helpful and responsive, no matter the query. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a sure way to start your property journey.
