Fast delivery although no instructions on how to use

I'm a 67 year old male and very skeptical of new products. I have used every type of knee support without much success. It's been about 3 weeks since I started using the knee band and I am very impressed.Today I completed a 5k the first time without stopping. ( well done me) the product has helped me get more active. I can’t believe how these have helped me for years I have suffered with painful knees but after a week I find the pain greatly reduced I now find I can walk without my walker as my balance has improved. My knees also knocked together but no longer do so as my legs seem to have straightened as well which also seems to be helping my hip and back problem .I would highly recommend anyone suffering to give these a try I would certainly purchase them again .

I bought these and to be honest thought if they don't work i would send back. Well I'm keeping mine, have told friends about how brilliant they are. I could not believe the difference. Yes it has changed my life. All I need is the company to come up with something for my hip but have noticed that the pain in my hip has subsided a bit since wearing these.

I was somewhat sceptical at first despite reading many reviews however on using this well designed knee support I was very impressed with it’s effectiveness. My only reservation is that I wish the strap was more comfortable- it needs better padding and to be slightly wider as extended use during the day become uncomfortable.

So far so good, wearing it on my right knee for a week now and have a decent reduction in knee pain.
Believe i need to give it a month to see best results.
Mine arrived with no Stryde branding but was purchased on the Stryde web site, so believe its the genuine article which is very comfortable to wear. I imagine fakes are not.

Well, I wasn't very impressed to start with, because wearing it made my knee hurt even more. Which it still does, do to start with but gets better the longer I wear it. But I don't wear it alot, only if my pain gets bad.

I have tried so many brace's for my knee but at the moment the stryde is the most comfortable to wear giving me a rather good relief of pain

This works fairly well but it’s not just a case of wrap it round your leg near the knee. It took me about a week to find the best position to wear it for best effect. I would imagine everyone is different. The advertising makes it look much simpler than it actually is. I am satisfied that it does work though, well for me anyway.

Great product. As a older tennis, golfer and 5 a side footballer, this product gives me better support than the elastic supports. It also allows me to wear shorts as they are quite neat

The band is well constructed and the minute I put it on I felt the pressure on my knee was reduced. I couldn't believe that a small band could give me such relief.

I have to admit I was very sceptical about these knee braces as I have bought so many before along with creams, gels, etc, all purporting to help with the daily pain in my knee. It was not getting better and the worst thing it was preventing me from enjoying life. I am an active 83 year young woman going on 53 and my knee lately has held me back from the things I love. Walking, gardening, visiting friends and travelling. In short, making my life a misery. I didn’t think this simple thing would work but I have had knee pain for more than 30 years so I thought I’d not really loose anything by giving it a try.
I can’t believe how wonderful the last couple of days have been, walking my dog has been a dream, I have even been able to bend my knees to pick up his ball. Truly amazing.

I was sceptical about this but bought them anyway. I must say they have made a great difference to my walking. Help me get round the golf course a lot easier just wearing one on my poor left knee. I also wear on both knees now that I have started playing badminton as well. I believe there are dodgy ones being sold elsewhere.

For me personally they work, they are not a cure all but there is a definite improvement in walking this may not work for all people but for me very good product is a bit pricey but that's the only negative

I honestly don't know how it works but it does. When you look at it you just can't see what this little strap can do to help me get up and down stairs better but it can. Simple as that x
