I'm amazed how well these work, from waking in the morning both knees are crying, then I put on my Stryde straps and all pain disappears.
I've been in screaming pain for years. Not anymore, I'm so grateful.

My husband bought 2 of these straps to support him when driving/walking.
He feels they are helping.

They do pretty good with my bone on bone knee!

I was skeptical about why a strap in the knee would stop walking pain but to my surprise it works. I have recommended and have friends who have purchased these after suffering knee pain. Everyone is amazed. I don't have to wear daily because wearing a couple days tends to stretch the effects out for a few days after. I tend to be the crash test dummy for all the strange products that pop up in social media and can say this has been one of those big wins.

Absolutely fantastic, been struggling for a while with severe pain and discomfort on my walks down from the wainwright fells in the Lake District but yesterday was great with the strap on my knee. Only intermittent issues but they were manageable as there was very little pain and discomfort. Highly recommend.

My left knee has been messed up for many months, went to see my ortho doctor, he says severe arthritis, strongly suggested knee replacement. Then I saw your product, at first thought it was just another scan, but, I thought I'd give it a try. The day it arrived, I put it on my left knee, waited 5 minutes, got up and started walking, I was completely amazed ! The pain was GONE !

My left knee was replaced a few years ago, and the right knee was on the schedule but I had to cancel due to more urgent issues. As I adapted to the new left knee I found my gait improved and reduced the pain on the right side - so I decided to just ride it out to the end. Bad choice. Now my right knee is protesting quite painfully - so I decided to try a Stryde. WOW..!!! The reduction in pain is very noticeable. I walk much better and no longer spend my evening eating pain meds to quiet the aches and pains of a very worn knee joint. Thank You Stryde…!!!!

I have had a ruptured meniscus for a number of years. I have tried many supports. This has proved excellent. I used yesterday for leg day at the gym, and no problems. My only critique, and a small one, is the metal buckles either side, whilst not uncomfortable in the short term are a little uncomfortable after a long session. Saying that I will buy again when the time comes.

The product actually works! I had already gone through a cortisone injection which worked but only short term, then 2 injections of hyrulonic acid which did no good at all and were expensive. Then I tried the Stryde strap and it works very well, overall about a 70% reduction in the pain in my right knee. At 79 I don't have any interest in a knee surgery. So far so good with the strap. i have used my stryde for nearly a week and although i still have some slight pain when i went for a trail walk along the canal i have to admit the longer i walked the less the pain was there so i dont know how it works but believe me it works

I bought those for my wife. She has bad knees and she said they really help. She thinks they are great.

Small break in period to get use to it but works well.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from the tools for years now. I have been chasing various support tools for years now. Wraps, braces, support tape etc. I even tried a different brand copycat product. The Stride patella support has worked surprisingly well for me. The big difference seems to be the softer rubber on the inside of the band. It is more flexible and doesn't cause pain after wearing for a long time. I walk without pain and this allows me to have a more normal gait which alleviates some other issues in my leg. I can walk up and down stairs better than I have in 20 years. This product has given me options other than rushing to the surgical repair option. I could not be happier.

Customer service was helpful. I find that these strap have a better Velcro strap that keeps the product in place when I use it.
It makes my life better, I have more mobility, I still have some discomfort, but I am able to enjoy my sports activities,

Delivery took longer than expected. When eventually delivered it would have been good to have some instructions on how best to fit the device. However once I had worked this out from a bit of Googling I am delighted with the product. It is easy to put on and very comfortable in use. Most importantly it does restore mobility to the knee and allows me to do things I have been avoiding for some time.

I was very skeptical about this helping but was willing to try. So surprised, it is neat and unobtrusive but works brilliantly. I would definitely recommend.

The original sceptic now a firm believer I can’t praise them highly enough
