I would deal with Soaked again
Although the delivery was badly delayed, that was out of Soaked's control and had nothing to do with them concerning the processing of my order. However, the response to emails and communication concerning this were very good and it's not always when things go well without a hitch that a company can be measured. Therefore as far as I'm concerned I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

An excellent company
An excellent company! Customer service is second to none and personal. The bottles are beautiful and the refills are a fab idea, reducing plastic and can be recycled. The products don't have a strong smell and the shampoo doesn't tens to lather up.. but still a fantastic, vegan, animal friendly product.

Eco-friendly products that smell great!
I love the smell of the Soaked shampoo and conditioner and it feels great in my hair. My hair tends to be on the dry side but my hair feels nice with the Soaked products. I find it is much easier to comb through than when I was using shampoo and conditioner bars.
The subscription is really convenient and I love that the products are eco-friendly too. I've used other refillable shampoo and conditioner pouches in the past but the Soaked products are much more affordable.

Absolutely the best hair product I have…
Absolutely the best hair product I have ever used. I’m a man got short hair I used to wash my hair every time it got too dry, usually 3/4 days, now I’m washing once a week because my hair just stays really fresh the whole week! 10/10 worth the price

I love the idea and how it works
I love the idea and how it works, however the shampoo and conditioner where not for my hair. I have a lot of volume but my hair is not thick, so I need softer conditioner without being too much. The customer service is amazing and super helpful. Definitely will get it again when they have a bigger range of products.

Fantastic concept, all UK based and sustainable products - what's not to love about Get Soaked! I was a little sceptical about how the shampoo and conditioner would be as often the more eco I go the less it suits my hair. Being able to buy the miniatures was a great idea to check that. My hair is fabulous with this product, honestly better than any salon product I have ever bought!

Very easy website and ordering process. Very fast and efficient delivery and sensibly packaged. All packaging is recyclable, and no plastic!!! Lovely handwritten Thank You in the box!
