An adviser had given me a £100 adjusted discount new quote, I was happy with this until I renewed my policy !! But then i was very disappointed when the company charged me the original more expensive quote !! 21/03/2025

Absolutely horrible insurance company
Absolutely horrible insurance company. Offered us a quote last night then we phoned this morning to confirm and they said they couldn’t offer us it or any reason why? Ridiculous stay well away from these scamming frauds.

Best price on market bar none!
Although I was initially shocked that my insurance quote was 25% higher than last year’s price, I was even more surprised when I went on gocompare and found that my quote was still 25 to 30% cheaper than their best prices. More than happy to stay with GetSetGo !!

Initially price was very good
Initially price was very good. Contacting them was not good, I waited 48 hours for a quote to add another driver and had to contact them a second time to get it. The cost to put my son in law on for 30 days was 178.00 euro. He has full clean license no penalty points and is 37 years old . I cancelled after having insurance for only 3 months and they kept 3 thirds of the price paid + 40 euro fee. I took the monetary hit. Won’t be going with them again. My new insurance put my son in law on at no cost.

Car insurance
I took my car insurance out with these guys first in 2024 as they were the cheapest.
However when I did I seen slot of negative reviews.
My experience has been nothing but positive. They are online only which can put people off, although they go above and beyond when you do contact them.
I was so pleased with not only the service they provided me, but also the professionalism the staff have, that I renewed instead of shopping around for the first time in over 20 years of driving.
I couldn't recommend this company enough.

Online problem but sorted out with phone call.
After some confusion over the information for my quote on the website a phone call (only a short wait) cleared everything up and I was able to renew my car insurance over the phone. A pleasant lady was most helpful sorting things out for me.
