No Concern for the Renter
The app doesn’t seem concerned for the renter’s privacy. you “may or may not share my location information?” So you know when i’m not home, have pics of my doors and locks and the approach to my home.
I tried your help page first but it only takes me to articles on how to increase inspection times and how to pester your tenants with emails.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and feedback. RentCheck's mission is to make the renting experience fair and transparent by removing bias from the inspection process. Renter experience is as important to our team as property managers'.
To ensure photos taken during an inspection are current, RentCheck geotags and timestamps the files. That way the inspection is properly timestamped, and can’t be doctored in any way. This also helps with keeping the final report consistent and organized.
I confirmed with our development team that our mobile app doesn’t request or use location beyond the geotagging we get from the pictures themselves, which will match with the inspection address. We are not using any additional geolocation data from the mobile app. Inspections are available to view by your property management company and owners of the property.
While our Help Center is full of articles, they might not answer all your questions. We have a dedicated support chat for residents and property managers to assist in real-time with inspections. Our intended resident experience is for time spent in RentCheck to be productive and beneficial to both renters and property managers.

Well-thought-out app, detailed questions
Doing inspection of an apartment as a renter, i like how inspection process in RentCheck app is broken down by areas/rooms, with instructions what to look for and how to take photos; that did not have to complete it all at once (progress is saved).
Had an issue with completed report PDF causing app to crash - contacting support, an CSR (Emmy) replied within minutes and gave me link to download the report - amazing!

The support team is extremely responsive and accommodating where they can. I made a suggestion and within minutes it was implemented for me. Although it is somewhat of a work around it will suit our needs until it is fully integrated into the program. Many thanks for the quick response Jack!

Rent Check Inspection process was awesome
The inspection process was awesome! It was clearly outlined in a straightforward, easy-to-use, step-by-step app (Rent Check).
As a disabled amputee, I appreciate that I was allowed an extension of time for completion of my inspection; mostly done in my wheelchair, & it was seamless.
Lindsey was patient, informative, & made herself available to me to answer any questions during the entire process.
Thank You ACCPM for providing me with the Excellent Customer Service I have come to appreciate.
