We are using the RentCheck inspection app for all our properties. Using this service allows our residents to engage and participate in the inspection of their home. It's easy to use and has been a favorable tool for our residents during the inspection process and even a bigger plus for our review team.

We recently started using the RentCheck app for tenants who move in and are moving out. It has been so helpful for our maintenance guys to have a complete picture gallery of the condition of the apartments before they ever step foot in the door. It's also encouraged tenants moving out to take extra care in cleaning their apartments. The move-in inspection are helpful in reassuring new tenants that they won't be held responsible for something they didn't do in a property. It gives added confidence in us as a company and is a vital tool in the smooth transition between one tenant leaving and another moving in. Also, when I recently needed an edit to the listing on our inspections, I utilized the chat feature to ask my question and within mere moments I was greeted by a helpful assistant who quickly resolved the issue.
