Everything was great but I need to change my payment date. Not sure how to do it. Any advice? Update.. they emailed me 20 minutes after this review and all was sorted.

very poor customer service

I made an application to kanda to be able to offer finance using their platform I was rejected on the grounds that negative information came up during their search, I was rejected despite the fact that I disclosed all the negative information prior to making the application and even offered to provide a dbs check to confirm that the negative press was not true, prior to the search I was told that if negative press did come back from the search then they would look at the dbs check, they point blank refused to even investigate or look at the dbs check. I was passed pillar to post and nobody would explain why.
EDIT
For Kanda to provide a response such as they have which implies that I am a rouge trader shows the true attitude of this company. I have requested a subject access request and will update on how they deal with the request. Legally they have to comply with the request with within a month however I am not filled with confidence.

Sorry you weren’t able to use our platform; we have a commitment to protect our users from being offered finance by tradespeople that don’t meet the highest standards.

It’s unfortunate you weren’t allowed to use our platform and that has resulted in a 1-star review. However, making sure rogue traders don’t get onto our site is just one of the many reasons we have such a strict onboarding criteria.

Our aim is to deliver great tradespeople to great customers. We’ll never comprise that.

The forms were not easy to do

The forms were not easy to do, I thought I had completed them but I had missed something out. They sent them another six times. Once I found the mistake they were done and it was back in seconds.

The online application was very slick

The online application was very slick; communication from Kanda was timely and supportive and gave just the right amound of guidance required to take me through each step. The process was easy, stress-free and I would definitely recommend their services.

1st rate service

Arrived when they said they would, Installation was quick and neat, cleaned up after themselves and demonstrated the app. All within a week of booking. Couldn’t have ask for more.
