The team was patient throughout the process and was always ready to accommodate any sort of revisions. I am by nature quite fickle, so I can imagine the monster of a customer I would have been. Still, Carin and her team did all the changes without a single complaint.
I am truly happy with the quality of the cover they have made for me and at this price, I don't know there is anyone else who can provide such quality.

Grumpiest Billionaire Next Door - I want to say that the graphics turned out good, that's why I gave a tip, but I noticed in my case the designer did the opposite of what I asked. I sent another Shutterstock photo of a model's shirt buttoned down, that was the look I wanted.
The designer buttoned the shirt back up using graphics, which was upsetting. If the designer could button the shirt back up using graphics, why did I have to choose another Shutterstock photo for asking the designer to fix the model’s shirt and tie?
The 'N' in the word Next was backwards and the designer didn't check over his or her work before sending the file to me. I felt the designer was working against me, instead of working with me. Each time I asked for the designer to fix something, it was a major time set back. I tried to show my appreciation by sending a tip, but my experience was still bad. They rarely communicated design issues with me.

My Ex's Brother's Fake Vow's Review - The Shutterstock photo I chose wasn't the same as the finished final cover. This is where the designer should’ve communicated why the photo changed or give me the option to choose another photo, but it turned out ok.
Overall, this process was painful. I was being nice for giving 3 stars.

Within days, the team came up with a phenomenal cover. The atmosphere, the specifics I needed were spot on. The tweak I needed was arranged in 24 hours. Absolutely brilliant value for money. I will definitely use them again.
