Avoid this business. The owner, Mehmet, fabricated a story about his family being severely impacted by the earthquake to solicit donations. My family alone raised over £5,000 for him, only to discover later that the entire situation was entirely made up. This is a pattern of dishonest behavior, and he has scammed multiple well-meaning people out of thousands of pounds. Do not trust this company; they cannot be relied upon to deliver promised services and will take your money.

Company is run by criminals, would not trust. Family booked a hotel and they got to hotel and no booking was listed. Had to make an emergency booking. Luckily did a chargeback on my credit card and was able to recover original sum

The owner, Mehmet, is a scammer. We booked a hotel through him, but when we arrived in Turkey, the booking did not exist. It has now been two months and we are still waiting for a refund. He has repeatedly given false excuses and made up numerous lies about the refund. Do not trust him. I have contacted Turkey and Dubai police.

While exploring the Old Town in Antalya, we stumbled upon this travel office and decided to inquire about their tours. Little did we know, this would turn out to be the highlight of our Turkish vacation! The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and offered us several options tailored perfectly to our needs as a couple.

We initially booked a 2-day trip to Cappadocia, which was exceptionally well-organized. The package covered all major expenses, including round-trip travel, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the first day and breakfast and lunch for the second day), and a cozy hotel stay. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, ensuring we visited all the major attractions across Cappadocia’s cities.

The experience was so amazing that we ended up booking additional tours, including a rafting adventure and a day trip to Myra and Demre. Each tour was professional, well-executed, and worth every penny. The food was delicious, and the activities were meticulously planned.

On our last day, the guide recommended a Turkish Hammam experience to help us unwind, which was a perfect end to our journey.

What truly set this operator apart was their exceptional communication. They spoke English fluently and were available 24/7. We reached out at odd hours—once at 3 a.m. and another time at 6:30 a.m.—and both times, they responded promptly.

My first time in Istanbul was made so nice and stress free from receiving this customer friendly and helpful service from Mehmet.
I just contacted him from the uk he quickly arranged and sorted out my transfers facilities from airport to hotel and vice versa.
It was only two of us he gave us such a big luxurious car with air conditioned and flat screen tv inside which made our journey more enjoyable whilst stuck in traffic. The both drivers provided one can't remember the name and the other one Anil was so good and helpful. I am definitely using Mehmet again when coming to turkey and will highly be to my friends and families.

Mehmet was absolutely amazing! He arranged all my pick up and drop offs to every location. He even arranged my trip to Istanbul whilst being in Marmaris. The car was so clean and so efficient, the facilities was the best of the standards. I would really recommend anyone going to get in touch with mehmet he is realisable, trust worthy and a good friend. His price is also very good he knew I had a baby and he accommodated for this. I will always go back to turkey and book him. His the best driver I have ever experienced.
