NOT an app - ADHD ppl AVOID
NOT an app. just a massive swindle for people with ADHD. i signed up assuming (because of the sneaky ‘.app’ in the name) that there would be an app aka a visual reminder of what i had subscribed to. but no. and only two emails sent to me on that day which of course swiftly disappear down the inbox so i couldn’t remember the name of this thing. only today when doing my taxes i found they have been charging me £30ish every month for 10 months. fair enough they swiftly cancelled my subscription today but will only refund me for four months ‘ in accordance with the general refund policy for card payments’. sly, cynical and utterly useless. DO NOT SIGN UP.

Need to use regularly
I feel like the habit of logging in and using It is the biggest change that needs to be made. Once in the app and learning it is very helpful. If you start to forget you have it than nothing changes.

HELPFUL TIPS
The product would benefit from an audio option and possibly being able to download lessons for future reference. I'm not sure where I read $39.99 per month after the 7 day trial but canceling was easy enough. I would like an app versus the website to access lessons.

Mid career new mom monster house
Not a fan of requirement to use a browser rather than native mobile app. Also that you have to take a screen shot having completed 6 days in order to cancel. The content is decent tho.

Finally, I feel calm and in control
Before this kit I felt scattered and stuck. I couldn’t focus or finish things and it was frustrating. The workbooks helped me slow down, the AI gave quick clarity, and the routines became my daily reset. I feel much calmer and more in control now.
