Small but steady tips
I have ADHD, a small house, 3 kids, a dog and a husband. Things get out of control fast and I don’t even know where to start. I work a stressful job and find myself just not even wanting to clean anything and just couch rot. This has helped me so much

Cancelled on the 5th then they charged…
Cancelled on the 5th then they charged me for another month on the 13th emailed to get a refund, offered me 50% partial refund and informed me they’ve now cancelled it. I was emailed on the 5th to say I wouldn’t be charged anymore and it had been cancelled. Let’s see if they do the right thing and give me my money back.

Its not actually an app with notifications and reminders like I was expecting..but the info seems digestable and sound so far.

I’m ready to get going. I need to get a lot done today. I know that slow and steady wins the race but we’re going out of town and I need to get ahead. Also, our house is for sale so I don’t have time to do 1 thing a day. I need some motivation and a list and I need to dive right in.

It's a slow and deep process
I'm going very slow. At first I started to reed the slides, I'm doing this in English but I'm Italian. I notes all the words I don't know the meaning. I've recently started to summarize the previous lessons. I've started to follow what I'm learning and it works.
