I purchased sunglasses online on September 7th, and 20 days later, they haven't arrived. Customer service assured me I would get them this week, yet there's still no sign. Last night, I contacted them to request a refund.

Fantastic customer service
Ski goggle order turned up really quickly. There was confusion over the additional lenses. I contacted customer service got an immediate response and Richard took ownership and resolved the problem within a day or so. Refreshing to find such good service, would highly recommend!

Don’t often leave a review, but felt I had to for GenuineStyle. Purchased a pair of Oakleys which after a short time wearing lost the nose piece. Contacted the company and they spoke to Oakley and sorted a replacement out. Great communication and support would highly recommend. Thanks

We share your frustration that these arrived late, and that you did not receive the next day service that we paid DPD to provide for you on our behalf, however your review does more reflect a rating for DPD's service rather than for our own.
Your item was ordered in the evening and was sent out the very next day, as advertised and via the correct service. The one day delay that you experienced was due to an operational issue at DPD. We contacted all affected customers about this delay proactively.
We apologise on behalf of ourselves and DPD that DPD did not provide the experience that we would also expect them to.

The order hasn't been delivered
I've ordered online the sun glasses on 7 September, I still haven't received my order ( after 20 days). The customer service promised that I'll receive my order during the current week, but still no trace of my order. I've wrote last night to the customer service to demand the refund.

We take full responsibility for the untypically poor service you have experienced from us on this occasion and would like to apologise for this. I have already emailed you to apologise and resolve this, in addition to having issued a refund already too.
It is not our intention to mislead. This backorder product was ordered promptly but unfortunately we experienced a highly untypical delay from our supplier. Promises made were well intended but we would usually update further delays and can only apologise that this did not happen.
