Love your products!

I absolutely love their products, especially the liquid eye shadow that goes on easily and lasts all day. The mascara is also the best I’ve ever had.

I love the straight flush glow sticks and use them everyday. I no longer have to put highlighter over my blush because its has such a pretty shine!

The BEST liquid eyeshadows ever. So happy to finally have a clean option for my sensitive eyes and skin, in gorgeous colors and long lasting.

I love this brand!! I've been using it since it launched and I've become a loyal customer. The pigments are not only amazing, but long lasting. I use the eye shadows every day for a day look, and then add on shimmer and liner for evening. And the lipsticks are my favorite!!

Gen See is literally the only makeup I wear. The eyeshadows cling to my lids like their life depends on it. The glosses are the most beautiful colors - and I can’t get enough of the glow sticks!
I am just waiting for them to come out with a moisturizer foundation so I don’t have to go anywhere else for anything!

I have been using their mascara for over a year now and it is the absolute best! I have tried every brand and this is my favorite. Awesome customer service and I love supporting a women-owned brand.

I love how smoothly their products glide on the skin and how easily they wash off ! I love the pop of color in the eyeliners and the rich staying power of the lipsticks.

I love their eyeshadows and get compliments all the time.

Incredibly frustrated! If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on 10/30 and still have not received it. I reached out to the company on November 9 asking for the tracking information. On November 10 I received the “Nina” email saying there was an unexpected supply chain delay and they would process my order and send the tracking number in 1-2 days. Now tracking says I won’t receive my order until November 19. Ridiculous! They apologized for the delay and sent me a link for 10% off my next order. First off, why would I place another order when I can’t even get my first order. Second, the 10% off discount code doesn’t even work (I tried it out of curiosity) and the price for what I ordered is less now than when I placed my order. After reading through the reviews here I see this company has real logistical and customer service issues and I will not be ordering anything from them in the future.

Amazingly, my purchase came in. But today I have a charge from them again for $29.72. I paid $14.86 in October, what is this new charge?? Looks like I have to begin the process of communicating with them. 🤦‍♀️

I ordered a highly-anticipated Gen See liquid eye shadow in shade rose Water and am sorely disappointed. Was expecting, by the ad, a lovely, somewhat pearlized pinkish eye shadow and instead received something that looks like a big bruise on my skin. It's dull, rose brown and unflattering. Total scam!

My first mistake was not coming here initially to make sure the company was good to order from.

The liquid powder eyeshadow looked amazing and I really prefer using something like that. I've been waiting because what I wanted was out of stock. Well general notification through Instagram that it's in stock again. Yay. Please note that when placing an order through the website, everything is in stock. There is no notice that anything is out of stock.

Much hand ringing later, because this is a major cost for me, but I figured this was going to last me probably close to a year so it was worth the outlay.

After three days of not getting an update, I wrote to the company asking about my order. A form letter response arrived telling me it would be 2 to 3 days before they could officially respond. At that point that I came here; better late than never.

After reading so many reviews stating the same issue I was getting I made the decision it was not worth the hassle and requested the order be cancelled. I received the same form letter stating 2 to 3 days to respond.

The next day I filed a dispute with PayPal and included my correspondence and their responses.

I did get a full refund within a day after doing that. Interestingly enough, one of the emails that also came in from them stated that the products were stuck in customs, it would be at least three weeks, and they were including two other full-size products. Sounds like the same thing everybody else was told.

I then got an email from them telling me I needed to cancel the dispute with PayPal for them to issue a refund. That was not gonna happen. Despite that notification, I did again receive my full refund.

In conclusion, I responded back to their email about the delay, asking them flat out why they lied. BTW the name on every email, including the form mail is Nina.

Since I will not have the chance to try the products, I don't know if they're any good or not. But this is no way to conduct your business.

I ordered products from this company and needed to return a few items. The liquid eye shadows, while they look beautiful in all the photos and videos, are incredibly drying to the eyelids, making them look crinkly, and the shades are also very difficult to manipulate because they set up way too quickly once applied.

The worse part, I wrote requesting to return the products, and they wrote back saying they would gladly exchange my colors, or if I wanted to return for a refund to let them know, and they would send a return mailing label. Two more requests later, and they have never responded, nor sent a mailing label.

Lastly, I placed a second order on October 5…. Before fully testing out the first products I received (my own stupidity) and today is 11/12, and to date I have received no tracking info. on the new order. So I say buyer beware.

Ordered 15/09, emailed 4 days later asking if it was due to be shipped. Was told there was an issue with customs causing a delay. Was told on the 21st it should be sent the following week, and they added some free items to my order. Had to chase a couple more times. Order was dispatched 8th October nearly a month after my order was placed.

This is a real shame as I do like their products but will probably won’t order again.

Same thing happened to me regarding my order that I placed on 09/10/25. I made contact on 09/21/2025 and they said that the items were held up in customs and should be released within the week that they would include 2 free gifts for the inconvenience. It is now October 5 and still no products. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I told Gensee (Nina) to cancel my order and that the dispute was filed. She told me that she could not get the order cancelled unless I withdrew my dispute and had my bank write a letter stating the dispute was withdrawn. I sent another email that I AM NOT withdrawing my complaint. My advice to anyone contemplating ordering from this company DO NOT DO IT!

Order placed on 9/6 and still have not received. Customer service added two free products and said my order was held up in customs.

Placed order 8/31 and still haven’t received it. They offered to add two additional products for the wait but it’s been two weeks since then and still nothing has shipped. Hoping I actually get my order.

I still don’t have my order. I ordered almost a month ago. I contacted customer service to cancel and they said my order is held up in customs. They added 2 full sized items for free. We will see if I ever get my order. I will give 2 more weeks and if it hasn’t shipped I will file a claim with my credit card and shop.
