Faultless customer service
I ordered an item that did not arrive. I emailed Geepas and received a reply straight away. They gave me the option of a replacement or a refund. I asked for a replacement and it arrived the next day which was a Sunday. I was very happy with the outcome. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Secondly on Amazon same product model GMS11204 have FM and the one I received doesn't have. To and Fro emails are on but yet awaiting for resolution.

Inferior Products
I bought a kettle and toaster at a cost of £90+. After six months the kettle stopped working. I returned it after a performance trying to explain exactly what was wrong with it. They wanted a blow by blow account of how a kettle wasn't working, plus a video, despite it being under guarantee. What more is needed to know? Trying to get a replacement was a nightmare. It took from 19 May 2026 to 4 July 2026 for a kettle to be sent to me. I'm sure it was a reconditioned kettle because on 29 August 2926 it stopped working again. They wanted the same evidence of how it wasn't working. I demanded a refund for obvious reasons but since I had it for over 30 days it wasn't possible. I eventually received another kettle on 6 September 2026 which they said was new. I've yet to find out but I've no faith in GEEPAS products. The toaster has never been worth the money by performance standards and enough said about the kettle. My experience of their customer service is not good and every email they send starts with an apology. It must be their standard introduction to customers. Apologies are no good for their deliberate failures to send a new item that is under guarantee without any good reason. I think their products are inferior and will never buy another GEEPAS item.
GEEPAS have responded below with more apologies, their standard introduction, saying they want to investigate and asking me to contact them with my order number. At the moment I can't stand the thought of having to deal with them ever again so I'll need to ponder this. I've had more than enough of them.

I ordered a fan from Amazon which a part was missing. Rather than send it back I contacted the company. Took a bit of toing and froing but eventually they sent out the missing part. If it wasn't for the fact I had to send an email explaing the same thing a few times (even though all the info was in the email chain) I would have given them 5 stars.
