I ordered an item back in December 2020 and have received NOTHING. It’s been 4 months and my attempts to get clarity on this situation have been entirely ignored. I’m becoming convinced this place is a scam and I will never purchase anything from them again. EXTREMELY disappointed and angry.

scam (EDIT: late responders)
I placed the order 10 days ago, for a product which (EDIT: according to their website at time of order) was in stock. I was expecting to receive it within 2-3 days as stated on their website. However the tracking information for this order is still "processing". I have not received a response from my enquiry placed 3 days ago (they state that they respond within 1-2 days).
I am happy to change the review if I receive my order or a refund.
EDIT: After posting the initial review on Trustpilot I was contacted by the GeekSwag team and soon after received a refund.

Fantastic service - better than advertised
Fantastic service - took one day to arrive. I somehow made a mistake with my order and ordered twice in error but I contacted Geekswag by email and they responded promptly and confirmed the second order would be cancelled and I would be refunded. Refund was through onto my card 2 days later. Children very happy with the fnaf plushies I ordered - good quality and as per the pictures. Thanks geek swag. I did get worried after my order when I saw some negative reviews about you online but there was nothing to worry about.
Might as well be a scam - very bad customer service
Very poor customer service
Ordered 2 pairs of slippers on 7th Feb 2021, goods never arrived, no response to emails or calls to phone number on director’s website.
Seller responded only after I posted a negative review here on 12th March and a refund was received on 15th March.
As you can see from a lot of the other reviews left here, on-time deliveries, giving updates to customers and refunds is very low on Geek Swag's list of priorities.
Do yourself a favour and avoid the trouble - go buy from a different shop.

Delivering on all levels
This company were able to deliver the item I was after far quicker than the other companies I was looking to use. The communication was excellent thoughout and I was really pleased with the quality of the product (Pokemon Charizard Plush).
Plushies, arrived quick(ish) but probably overpriced
So I ordered some plushies for my son. These were kinda a last minute purchase and I couldn't get them from anywhere else remotely in time(there's a whole backstory but this is a review not an essay). I ordered late on the Friday evening, paid for the fastest postage and crossed my fingers covid wouldn't mess things up. By Sunday there was no update, not entirely surprised but midly panicking I came here to read the reviews and the amount of negative reviews deffo worried me. On Monday I got a dispatch notice and on Tuesday they arrived. While I was very relieved I do have one niggle, which is the price I was paying for each plushie and the description from the website made me think these were at least official merchandise but having recieved them I am 99% sure they are cheap knock offs. I have gone back and read the descriptions again and they do not state they are official so that is on me I guess.
Also, on their site they seem to have a lot of pre order stuff that they don't have in stock yet and this isn't as clear and obvious as on other sites.
So, in summary, I don't have any major moans, but probably will not use them again.
Fab service, definitely recommend
I ordered a Pokemon plushie for my son. The site was easy to navigate and delivery cost was reasonable. Arrived when they said it would.

Don't be quick to judge
After posting on here was contacted by customer service and resolved my issue one of the items was not in stock and was refunded for the parcel the other one was dispatched the day after. I was quick to judge based on the awful reviews. The website should update the ways of operating and just list stock ready to be dispatched not stock with long waiting times and on back order . It seems they where waiting for item to come in stock to send both parcels together . After isuuse was sorted quick to dispatch and refund . Thanks adam
It still hasn’t arrived
It still hasn’t arrived! I’ve emailed and was told to just wait longer. Even though it was posted over a week ago. So I can’t recommend something has hasn’t arrived and the company don’t want to help me. Very upset little boy now.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Purchased a Teddy for my autistic son. Order placed May 2020 - website says that the order is still processing. Ignoring all emails and request for refund. Reported to trading standards.
Update: This company is now trying to contest this review as they want to remove it. I’ve provided all necessary screenshots to Trustpilot to verify my review. Interesting how 1. This company targets negative reviews rather than refunds money (still haven’t had a refund from May 2020!) and 2. All the positive reviews are not verified!!
Please please please, do not waste your money as this is nothing but a scam.
Is this a scam?
I ordered (and paid for) an item on December 26th. Tracking still says "processing." I understand that things are slow right now, but this is an excessively long time to wait, especially as I have received no updates from the company. I reached out a week and a half ago to request a refund unless the item would be shipped immediately; I have not heard anything back or received the requested refund. Very poor customer service. If I do not receive a refund soon I will dispute the charge with my bank.
Edit: I initially wrote this review on Feb 8. It is now Feb 23; still no response to the query I put through the form on their website at the end of January, no response to my review, and no product in the mail. No direct refund either, though I've already started the disputation process with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
