Ich habe mir den GEEKOM GeekBook X16 Pro 16-Zoll Laptop mit U9-185H CPU gekauft.
Mit diesem Notebook bin ich sehr zufrieden.
Der Kauf verlief unkompliziert über die Geekom Internetseite. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell und gut verpackt, mit zwei Kartons um den eigentlichen Notebook Karton herum. Zwischen diesen beiden Pappkartons wurde starkes Packpapier als Polsterung verwendet.
Das Notebook mit 16 Zoll (16:10) Displaygröße ist super leicht (1,3 kg). Damit wiegt es nur genauso viel, wie mein Vorgänger Notebook mit 14 Zoll Display. Damit ist das Geekom Notebook für mich auf meinen Reisen ein sehr guter mobiler Begleiter, der nicht mehr wiegt als mein Vorgänger Notebook, dafür aber einen wesentlich größeren Bildschirm bietet. Am Display und seiner matten Oberfläche habe ich nichts zu beanstanden.
Die Ausstattung mit 32 GB RAM und 2 TB SSD finde ich zu diesem Preis unschlagbar. Das Notebook verfügt über einen im Einschaltknopf integrierten Fingerabdrucksensor, was ich sehr praktisch finde. Für meine Anwendungen (Office, Internetrecherche, streamen) ist das Notebook auf jeden Fall schnell genug. Spiele werde ich darauf nicht spielen. Der Lüfter ist zwar manchmal zu hören, hat für mich aber einen unangenehmen Ton. Meistens betreibe ich das Notebook im Modus „ausgewogen“. Dadurch ist die Leistung für mich nicht merklich reduziert, aber der Lüfter läuft weniger.
Mit der Akkulaufzeit bin ich bis jetzt zufrieden. Die Verarbeitung gefällt mir, für meinen Bedarf sind genügend Anschlüsse vorhanden, sogar ein HDMI Anschluss für einen externen Bildschirm. Zusätzlich war noch ein 5-in-1 USB-C-Hub im Lieferumfang enthalten. Dieser verfügt über einen PD USB-C Anschluss, so dass das Notebook sogar über diesen hat geladen werden kann.

From MacBook to Geekom: A Worthwhile Switch
After years with my MacBook, I decided to make the leap to a Geekom mini PC, and I haven't looked back. The decision has paid off in spades.
What impressed me most is the performance. The Geekom handles everything I throw at it smoothly, including the AI projects and development tools I've been wanting to explore. Unlike my previous setup, software installation has been hassle-free, and I've never run into storage constraints.

Was not sure about ordering a high price ticket item direct through a Hong Kong company but the experience was extremely easy and got the mini pc when expected. NO issues with the item, windows already loaded so all good!.

I now have 2 geekcom PC's - an IT 12 for me & a mini IT12 for my wife. Both quite excellent machines. Very fast, very quiet and easy to set up - even (in the case of the IT12 being so simple to upgrade if that is really necessary. (It wasn't). There are plenty of ports including HDMI and a range of USB ports & network. They never seem to slow things down even if fully populated

Delivery was fast and response to service calls also fast, accurate and reliable. Would I buy again? Well yes except I don't anticipate a need in the future based on performance.

Habe den Rechner 1,5 Jahre in Gebrauch im Büro. Plötzlich schaltet der Rechner sich aus reagiert nicht mehr
Es riecht verbrannt. Trenne das Gerät von Netz. Ich schau rein Platine verkohlt. Der Händler über den gekauft wurde gibt es nicht mehr. Da würde dann die Hersteller Garantie greifen. Geekom lehrt es aber ab. Obwohl der PC an einer Spannung Schutz Dose war dieser Fehler.
Laut Hersteller soll ich die defekten Komponenten selber tauschen (löten? geht's noch???)

Groß auf die Packung 3 Jahre Garantie schreiben und nicht einhalten! Es gibt laut Anwalt nach EU Recht die Möglichkeit die Garantie einzufordern, leider Kosten und Zeit intensiv.

Leider schon der 2te Rechner und 2 Mal angelehnte Garantie.

Daher leider für mich nie wieder Geekom.

I've purchased two IT-13 Geekom mini PCs. The first one we use with the TV to watch University of Miami sports. I have also added a hard drive to this one. The second one I bought to replace my sons old Dell. He mostly plays low level video games on it. Both work great with no problems.

Have had zero problems with my Geekom mini pc. Even switched out my 1TB storage for 2Tb with no trouble and I’m not mechanically inclined. Will continue to buy their products and have recommended to friends

Was looking for a small powerful pc to run my business through . Decided to go with geekom . Seemed to fit all the criteria i was looking for , very small large hard drive , powerful cpu . I have been using this computer for several years. Now with zero issues . And one of the best things is there is zero bloat wear on this computer , just operating system and necessary software, I purchased a second pc for my wife , she loves it too ,although amazon shows up every day to my home . I have recommended this company to several friends and co workers and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a solid high power workhorse computer . I am actually looking at the new laptop for my next purchase

My desktop PC unable to accomodate windows 11. Looking to purchase new PC desktop, I read an article in the APC magazine about GEEKOM A8.
I was very impressed with the specks and the relevant purchase cost so I ordered one unit on line.
Deliverd in a very short time.
Very easy to set up and in no time it was up and running.
So small, so quiet and reliable I have been delighted with this unit and I'm happy to recomend this to any one looking to buy a new PC.

I purchased a Geekom mini-PC in 2023. I replaced my desktop Dell PC. The computer has been working flawlessly since then. I am very happy with the performance. If I have to purchase another computer, I will seriously evaluate what Geekom has to offer.

Just purchased the A7-Max Outstanding machine. Also have an Intel i7 11390H that is a year or so old also a solid performer.

After my more expensive Dell XPS desktop failed, I purchased an IT11 in 2024, and have no regrets. Granted that contacting Geekom support could be a little better, but when later I thought my WiFi adapter was failing, Geekom offered to replace with an IT12. Fortunately, my adapter appears to be okay and have had no other problems. If you want a mini-PC I would recommend considering Geekom. And if you want a desktop PC I would consider getting a mini-PC.

I bought a Geekom IT11 cube computer back in Feb of 2026. The computer works flawlessly, but the internal fan started having noise in May. I contacted Geekom and they were great. After a few emails to confirm the fan was faulty, they offered to have me send the computer back and replace it. I couldn't be without it even for a day, so I just replaced the fan myself and told Geekom to close the issue. No big deal for me. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when Geekom offered to reimburse me the cost of the fan! What great customer service. I can only say from personal experience, they are an excellent company and I highly recommend them. Thanks Geekom!

I have been using GEEKOM products for years, and I must say I am amazed by the quality and technology of their products. I own components—such as hubs and keyboards—that have stood the test of time and still work just as they did the very first day I took them out of the box. But the crown jewel is their mini-computers, which have saved the day for me more than once! I am a huge fan of having all that processing power, speed, and technology packed into such a small box.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Geekom. My computer has been very reliable. It's solidly built. I've added an additional hard drive and doubled the RAM. Both installations were a breeze. I'm a retired IT professional with 35+ years experience. Geekom computers has impressed me so much that it's all I recommend to any who asks me what kind of computer they should get. I still do computer work for people and I've setup over 10 Geekom computers for other people in the past two years.

I purchased an air-11 about 3 years ago and was so impressed with it, bought one for my wife and about 6 months later upgraded to an a8 and then I talked my brother into getting one too. I gave my first one to a non profit I work with. After that I got another one for our home owners association. Everybody is very pleased with the pc's and we have not had problem one with any of these. So simple to setup and use with flexibility for all kinds of uses.

Have installed several of these for friends, 4 at work (just recently), and at the church. Only had two that had any problems. One had a noisy and one had a fan that quit.One was replaced under warranty and the other was older so just put a fan in it. Am looking at buying another one.
