Très mauvaise expérience:je déconseille vivement ce site: J'ai commandé un overboard pour Noël d'une valeur de 140€; à réception, celui-ci était défectueux, j'ai demandé un remboursement ou un échange à multiples reprises. Geekbuying m'a demandé de leur renvoyer, ce que j'ai fait, à ma charge, pour une montant de 58€. A ce jour (mars), je n'ai pas de nouvelles malgré plusieurs mails envoyés. Par chance pour moi, j'ai payé par PayPal,qui m'a permis d'être remboursée. Par contre, je n'ai eu aucun remboursement pour les frais d'envoi.

We ordered a treadmill from Geekbuying that we were watching for a long time for the price to drop.
Price wasn't going down, so we decided to go on with our purchase anyway cause in these hard times of quarantine we needed it.
A few days after we ordered the treadmill it's price went down at around 50 euros less and we asked if it was possible they refunded us the difference.
We thought our request was pretty fair.
And so did they!
A very kind woman named Sophie was communicating with us through email about the matter and she was super helpful and responded fast to our emails!
We got our refund of 47€ and now waiting for the treadmill to be shipped!

Ich habe am 24.November 2020 ein elektrisch verstellbares Tischgestell für meinen Schreibtisch bestellt. Keine Ware erhalten! Geekbuying hat angeblich Papiere über den Versand vorgelegt, die nicht von mir unterschrieben worden sein können. Daher hat Paypal den Fall zugunsten Geekbuying entschieden.Man sieht also, es hilft nicht, mit Paypal zu zahlen. Irgendwie drängt sich mir der Verdacht auf, dass das Methode hat. Kann man an diversen neueren Bewerbungen im Internet lesen.
