Was nervous spending nearly £1000…
Was nervous about spending nearly £1000 for an ebike on a strange site, but after hours of trying and very vague messages, gave up.
Helpdesk not much help either, glad now that I failed, would not even buy a duster from them!

Do not buy anything on this site. I bought a sameday electric bike that works very well. Unfortunately on the second purchase (kugoo scooter S10) I was not so lucky. The battery broke down in less than 1 month and I found that their customer service is really bad. In addition to not giving a solution, they also said that if the product is not as new it will not be reimbursed in full. Use Amazon, don't be harmed like me. Order No: 5423630

I have purchased pair of headphones in early April, after waiting for 7 weeks, no update on the status and when i have contacted customer services, they dont have any clue either! Very poor service...
Can even cancel the order :(

Guys,
I bought a ebike from the guys, things went quite for a bit, so I got worries and wasn’t sure what was going on. I emailed the team, opened a ticket and sure enough the guys were AMAZING in response and sent me all the info that I needed. Normally I don’t write reviews but this is a special occasion I suppose. Geekbuy stay the way you are :)
