Came in looking for some advice for Pokémon cards for my daughter as I had no idea what to buy/do.
Spoke to Qaz who was the most helpful person. Although they didn't have any in stock, Qaz directed me to different stores which may have stock. He also educated me on what I should be looking for.

I love everything about geek-aboo. Usually I would go into store but don't work close by any more. The online service is great. Loads of selection, fast delivery. Overall just a really good experience.

Great customer service
I had a package that was slightly damaged during shipping but the owners were able to send me a replacement and refund the costs of sending the damaged one back. Absolutely brilliant customer service with great communication.

Product arrived damaged
The shipping was rather long and the product arrived broken. I didn’t return as it was a faff. I ordered a “thing” key ring and it arrived with a finger snapped off

It can happen from time to time but we are always happy to help any customer who gets in touch with a delivery issue to do what we can to resolve it by sending a replacement or a refund. We generally make it as little faff as possible and more often than not don't need the item back, just a quick snap of how it arrived with you. Fabulous shop

I recieved an email on the day my order was supposed to arrive to say they couldnt fulful my order as they had no stock. Payment had already been taken and I'm still waiting on a refund.
