After getting a couple of valuations to look for an estate agent to sell my home I chose Gatekeeper as they provided the most realistic asking price, and felt comfortable with the whole process of selling my house with them, the following Saturday Sam from Gatekeeper came around and took some excellent photos which generated an exceptional amount of interest on all the marketing platforms, then within two weeks of my property being listed I’ve had several offers one over the asking price , great service from Phil and the team at Gatekeeper highly recommend again in the future. Karolina who did the viewing for me was very informed and also knew about their other properties and gave me good advice incase I do not go with the one viewed and look at other properties in the area!
I had lots of information beforehand and reminders day before which was great!
