Good first impression
This experience is based upon viewing a property.
Harry was well presented nice clothes and hair done, honest gestures, plenty of spatial awareness with a Calm, confident, friendly demeanour.
Had I wanted to ask more questions he seemed prepared to find the information.
The property was in a nice area.

Great customer service
Grace arrived in plenty of time for the viewing, we felt she was friendly, polite and professional and was knowledgable about the property when asked any questions via the walk round.

Phil and the team have been really helpful, going above and beyond what I expected, with a brilliant result.
It would be good to get quicker feedback following viewings, although I know this is not always possible, which is the only reason it’s not quite 5 stars. I would definitely recommend using Gatekeeper to other people.
