Excellent service from the people in the shop we could not have asked for more

Furniture looks fantastic, but looks are deceiving. The bolts that come with it for assembly are too short and don’t even come through the base section of the frame, so I’ve had to buy different ones myself.
Some of the connections are poorly manufactured and don’t sit flush with the connecting part.
However, the cushions are thick and comfortable and seem good quality so far.
Delivery was a farce and poorly communicated, and as I can’t leave feedback directly for them it is going here in the hope it is fed back. Garden Trends say the delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery day/time, but all I received was a dispatch notice and tracking. On the day of delivery I was notified an hour before they arrived that it was being delivered, which was at 16:30. Bearing in mind it comes from Cambridge and I live in the North West, not sure what would’ve happened had I not been in that day as there was no way for me to update delivery or re-arrange to a different day.
Overall, for something so expensive, I’d expect better quality in terms of the manufacturing and the delivery company need to look at their communication/customer notifications

I ordered two storage boxes, and was told one was out of stock until mid May. I got confirmation very quickly that the one box was out for delivery, the delivery came within a couple of days, very speedy. We were not at home when the delivery came, but when we went to check the box, we found they had delivered both of the boxes, so we’re very pleased.

Fast response to my order. Fast delivery time. Packaged well. Great item for a third of the price of others advertised.

We purchased an entire Draco Kitchen Unit from Garden Trends costing in excess of £3300 in 2023. In less than 2 years there has been excessive rust on the stainless steel unit and the BBQ handles completely bubbled. Having used a branded stainless steel cream (AEG - this is a quality trusted product) which has been used on my kitchen stainless steel hob for over 5 years we have been told this cleaning product has resulted in the rust which is an assumption and absolutely absurd and therefore not covered under the warranty. We are extremely unsatisfied with the purchase of this high end Draco unit and had we known the poor quality of the stainless steel and how it would erode in less than 2 years, we would have just bought the outside sink and tap units along with a more robust stand alone BBQ such as a Weber which we now know is a more superior product and better priced for that matter based on like for like specifications. They acknowledged the handles quality defect and have replaced but refuse to acknowledge that the unit is of the same. The after sales service from Garden Trends has been extremely poor and we would never buy anything from them again. I am logging this as I want others to be aware of the pitfalls when dealing with Garden Trends and their 3rd party vendors.

I purchased an outdoor kitchen at the end of last summer but have only just got to install in a new pergola recently . I ordered Black Stainless Steel Draco 6 Burner , side burner , a double fridge , the latter 2 with sintered stone Top . The build quality is outstanding and my outdoor kitchen looks stunning

I ordered a Draco outdoor kitchen / bbq with fridge etc. delivery was good and goods were exceptionally well packaged to avoid any possible damage. Quality of product is fantastic.

I ordered on Feb 1st, and they said delivery would be 7-10 working days. I chased them after 15 working days to be told they would check and get back to me. After another 5 working days I got an email from the delivery company saying delivery would be the following day between 9 and 5 – so one day’s notice of having to stay in all day. When the goods never arrived I chased again, after I noticed the tracking website appeared to say the goods had been delivered. I got a terse reply suggesting I’d misunderstood the website and saying I should ring the delivery company. I replied to them, but I have never heard from them again. I did ring the delivery company and they said they don’t know who sent me the email (odd that because they did). They said over the phone that the delivery would be tomorrow but I wouldn’t get any confirmation. The goods did arrive as promised, but it meant me staying in another day waiting in hope. Not impressed. I won’t be dealing with them again, particularly if I have to arrange the delivery myself.

My order process and interactions with Garden Trends was good but unfortunately let down by the delivery company. Waited in on two separate days when product was due to be delivered but nothing received or any communication. Ended up having to chase myself and no real apology.

Really enjoyed browsing the website. Chose a Christmas tree which was a very good price,it arrived well packed and arrived on time . Really pleased with my purchase

Excellent service found exactly what garden furniture I wanted a really good price easy to order and a day or so later delivery company phoned really friendly lady and asked when I wanted it delivered could have had it the next day
But went for day after lovely friendly delivery man delivered to my garage could not have be more helpful

Ordered a Braken Moss garden lounge set from garden trends. Lovely set, arrived well packaged and protected from the delivery company. Had a slight defect in a small patch of paint work on the aluminium frame. Contacted Garden Trends who were fantastic in sorting out a resolution.
Would highly recommend this company.

Delivered on time and when opened we were pleasantly surprised how beautiful our new fibre optic Christmas tree was. Looks far more expensive than the price paid and will have pride of place for many years to come.
