The ease of website navigation, right through to ordering and the subsequent delivery, was seamless.

The quality of the furniture is excellent, and it offers fantastic value for money. We will certainly be returning to Garden Trends for any future needs.

Product is great, we bought an 8 seater outdoor dining set, but the delivery is the issue. Advertised as delivery in 7-10 days, I order in March, it finally arrived 29 May. Repeatedly told that once the courier had the product they would call to let you know when it was coming. It arrived without notice. I wished I’d read the reviews prior to purchase, as it’s clearly a running theme

Edit: the response from GT is odd, as if they read my review they would see that the furniture order they are requesting the number for has been resolved. The storage box issue however has not. Pickup was arranged, but the courier was a no-show. Again.
We purchased a a garden dining table set from Garden Trends. When it arrived, the singer top had one tile completely broken across the width. GT confirmed that they do not check goods prior to shipping or they just cross ship. The top was replaced and we are happy with the furniture though the experience was not good. We then ordered a large metal storage box which arrived today. Again the goods were damaged. We are now having to contact GC again regards damaged goods shipped by them. Their QC/shippers/delivery companies are absolutely shocking. We won’t be buying from them again.

We’re absolutely thrilled with our Garden Trends outdoor kitchen — the quality and design are outstanding, and it’s completely transformed how we use our garden. It’s practical, stylish, and perfect for entertaining, with a brilliant barbecue that cooks beautifully.

What a great company to deal with
My order actually arrived broke twice, However they responded to my email and reshipped the order. They actually went further than this, but I do not wish to mention what they did as dont want people taking advantage. Thanks for being a great reputable company

After a lot of research, we decided on the Lunar Pergola from Garden Trends. We only had a 3m x 3m footprint to work with, and a lot of the pergolas we looked at felt flimsy or lightweight in comparison.

The Garden Trends product is properly solid and well built. The frame is chunky, and each leg has four substantial ground anchors, so once installed it feels incredibly secure and stable.

The louvred roof is excellent and really easy to use. You can open it to let airflow through on warmer days or close it completely when the weather turns, giving great shade and protection from rain.

We’ve added an infrared heater and, even before fitting any side panels, the space already feels surprisingly warm and usable in the evenings.

Overall, in terms of build quality, value for money, customer service, communication, delivery speed, ease of assembly and after sales support, the whole experience has exceeded our expectations.

Great stainless steel countertop which was delivered quickly, on time and very well packaged. I would recommend this company

Delivery was well arranged and the driver very helpful in getting the boxes to our awkward drive.

I recently ordered an Alexander Rose parasol from Garden Trends. Unfortunately there were some issues with delivery which resulted in some parts being missing. After speaking with customer services, they promptly resolved the problem and offered a discount to compensate for my inconvenience.

I always judge a company not by whether I have a problem, but on their actions if I do. Garden Trends were excellent in their response and I would not hesitate in using them again.

Order number #251652# Bought a mattress topper over two weeks ago, have tried emailing them and still no response from them.

We’ve recently bought two items from Garden Trends, an egg chair and patio set. Minor delivery issues with the patio set (with the courier, not Garden Trends at all), but I was so impressed with the office staff who took complete ownership and sorted it out perfectly. The furniture itself is top quality, arrived well packaged and in perfect condition, easy to assemble and exactly what we were looking for. Our ‘go to’ company for garden furniture going forward!

I have tried several times to talk to them about my oder #241672. Ordering on website is very confusing. Somehow two benches were ordered. Tried to cancel one of the benches to no avail. Now I have two benches Tried to email them about returns no response. Order was delayed a few times. This is no way to run a business. Diane Berger

Very pleased with the delivery and the quality of the packaging. However fixing of the units together was rather vague and confusing
Sink arrived dent - i have a photo to share - so that was very disappointing

Bought several pieces off them and the last one is the most frustrating. Sent a Kamado charcoal BBQ out with no instruction manual, no idea how to build it and no idea how to use it. Long story short I was sent out a single page instruction manual for an expensive oven that doesn't even match what I have. I ordered the BBQ last year (about July) it was out of stock so didn't turn up until December, I still haven't used it...it doesn't make sense, iv either set it up wrong or it's been built wrong, as I don't have any instructions to guide me I'm reluctant to use it. Before you say go online, go on YouTube, iv done this and can't see the same BBQ as iv bought being set up or used. Contacted Garden Trends last year and the lady sent me all she had, which was not a lot.

Typical, it has been delivered but to someone else. Ordered a mattress topper at the start of March, now into April it hasn’t shown up but states it’s been delivered. So I have emailed and hoping this can be fixed but hopefully not with another 4/5 week delivery time.

You should consider changing your delivery company as they do not give any information about where it has been delivered or who delivered it and they are also stating that it needs to be sorted out with you guys and the delivery team so I can’t even rectify this myself?

Edit*: the trustpilot review was requested for review on my part as they say it wasn’t their product, more than happy to provide receipts and proof it was bought from yourselves if you could kindly respond to the emails I have sent you which already has a photo of my purchase from yourself and the delivery note from your delivery company..
Seems like they just don’t like taking responsibility for their bad reviews, lack of care and responsibility taken. I had paid for delivery insurance on it as I knew it was coming from afar but it’s now run out, so perhaps that’s now going to be the excuse they will use.

Garden Trends, please step up and do the right thing. I will keep updating my reviews as it goes on and eventually will get my money back through the bank if it doesn’t get fixed.

I have the proof it has come from you guys so not sure why you are still denying it? Please drop me an email so I can contact you with the relevant photos of the product I’ve purchased off you.

Delivered very quickly and in good condition. Looks fearsome and I can't wait to try it out.
