Contact your bank and have your card canceled straight away they will try to take money from you every month £39.99. watch out for QR readers you can't tell that they have your bank details until you have a statement.

Money taken fraudulently from my credit card. Was using the Trainline app and they managed somehow to take £1, then another £39.99 just 3 days later!
Sent them an e-mail but I don’t expect a reply as others have had no reply. I don’t play games-SCAM Now I will have to cancel my card. Noticed the debit when I checked my statement today 16th September.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! dummy QR code placed on top of legitimate car parking app. Absolutely furious! Have now had to cancel bank card and dispute this payment, which apparently they will try to take each month - £39.99!!!

SCAM. SCAM SCAM. Taking money from my account without permission. If only we had a decent government that could stop this kind of thing.

SCAM ALERT. These people will hijack your card details by pretending to be a legitimate car parking app.Like others here I got conned when trying to download the paybyphone app. On realisation I immediately blocked my card , then reported stolen. They have taken £1. But I am hoping they don't succeed in taking further subscriptions. We are now often forced to download these apps to simply pay for parking why the heck is no one policing the situation.

I signed up an account by mistake and could not cancel. Got charged £1 and then a few days later £39!! They have my credit card and I have hopefully blocked them against taking any more money. Very angry

This company tried to take money from my account …fortunately I saw it and contacted my bank …I believe it was when I tried to pay for parking in Ipswich in my phone setting up an account with PayByPhone parking…come on PayByPhone seems this is happening too often you need to sort this out

This company got me to sign up under the paybyphone car parking logo.
Whole process designed to deceive people into a monthly contract of £39.99 /month.
No way to unsubscribe. Emails bounce back. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Money taken out of my debit card account but do not remember signing up for anything. Get in touch with you bank immediately to stop payments, this company is in America and seems to have an advert placed over the top of websites in the UK for Gov.org or Trains. Read move reviews below, GamesBox.pro does not exist so unable to contact and they will continue to take payments so best to freeze the card at the bank.

While trying to pay online for park by phone led to this and ultimately unable to unsubscribe. Account blocked by bank.

Clicked this pop up whilst using the Trainline app it was right over where you expect to have to tap to login on the Trainline app. Game box are Impossible to cancel,or contact and they will keep on trying, to take money

Scammers! Don’t touch with a barge pole, but it’s unlikely you’ll have a choice as they seem to blend their scam into legitimate apps. I got duped whilst trying to sort log in details on the Trainline app, which ended up with a few days of hassle getting them blocked from my bank accounts.

Exactly the same I was accessing gov uk site to make a payment which is a secure site and this avg page opened up stating it’s secure and asked for my details it’s a complete scam the internet sites should block this gamesprox site from taking innocent peoples money . They should legally be sued for appearing on gov uk sites.

I accidentally signed up for this while trying to sign up legit. My credit card was declined so I used my debit card. I thought it was because I used Amex but on website it says it accepts Amex. I have got no idea how I got directed to their page. I was rushing for something else. I can’t contact them. I can’t unsubscribe. I’ve been scammed and have to cancel my card.

Scammers. Steer well clear

This company repeatedly tries to get money from a credit card account which I have closed. Fortunately I closed it when a payment was declined by my bank and I didn't recognise the company. I tried to find a website without success. Do not trust them!

I was scammed by this company. They took money out of my account and are now sending emails saying that they will charge me every month. I did not sign up to this company. They cannot be contacted.
