Good experience. Everything's made easy for the customer, except one tiny little thing. Would even more easier for the customer, if there where a direct link additionally to the displayed key.

We had to make it a little tough in order to get a game for under €1. Jokes aside we are sorry if this was frustrating you but we have no control over how the captcha works. We've been there too, it's annoying when you don't know whether to click a box or not.
Hopefully you have enough energy left for the game.....touching that you purchased a game called Hatred. Hopefully not the same feeling you have towards us after that experience!

The game did come back in stock, and due to the high demand, the publisher has not stocked enough which has meant it has gone out of stock again.
As no further restock arrived yesterday and with the weekend now upon us, we won’t be receiving any further updates until Monday, as our distributors and publishers are currently unavailable over the weekend.
I wanted to check in and ask if you're happy to continue waiting. Please rest assured that your promotional price will still be honoured, as your order was placed during the promo period.
That said, the choice is entirely yours — if you'd prefer a refund instead, we’ll process it right away. Even if the product becomes available and you're notified of restock, you're still free to cancel before viewing the key. This includes instances where you’ve clicked “View Key” and it displayed a blank field.
Again, I can only apologies but this is a huge game that many have waited to come on promo.

It looks as though the USA version was purchased but being from Israel, the key needed for you Steam account would be a different key which is why the system was not able to assign a key to you.
