The process was almost smooth
The process was almost smooth. After buying a game, I wasn't able to see the key to redeem it. I had to contact support to help me, but they were very helpful and kind.

Great support
There was a problem with the game i purchased, but i reached out to the support, and the response was really quick and even offer me a refund instantly, i said no at first because i wanted the game and i was thinking maybe the problem with the game will be resolved, but when this didn't happen in a matter of 2 days, they gave me a refund automatically so i don't have to wait more, really great support, recommended.
