Gamersathart Omdömen

Recieved a truly 5 start service!!
Ordered 19th December and it was delivered to me on 20th December! Wow!
Packaged nicely and the item arrived in mint sealed condition. Perfect, thank you!

These guys are honestly amazing!
Had an issue caused by me, and they dealt with it and done all they could to help me!!!
Will be using for future purchases

I bought the board game Bezzerwizzer as a family Christmas game. Not only was it he best price I could find online, but it was nice to know it was from an independent local(ish) company in Hartlepool.

It was posted next day delivery. I was also given email updates to keep me posted on the delivery progress.

The item arrived in fully compostable packing, which is great as I have a compost bin. I was also please to see a handwritten "Thank you" note from who I presume are the owners (Peter and Jeni).

Overall I would thoroughly rate this company and recommend that potential buyers of board games purchase through Gamers@Hart over larger international companies such as Amazon.

Very quick service, spot on, well packaged, competitive price. Will definitely use again

Absolutely top-notch service. Just couldn't fault it. I needed a WarHammer gift for my grandson in Ireland. GamersatHart had exactly the gift that I needed and at a very competitive price. Not only that, they offered free P&P for anything over £20. I ordered it around lunchtime on Tuesday. They processed the order immediately and kept me informed. The item was sent out by Track24 and was with my grandson in Ireland less than 24 hours later. Wow!! Thank you GamersatHart, I will certainly turn to you first for any future gift requirements.

The team at Gamersathart really went out of their way to help me with my order and were quick to respond to my enquiries. All that I ordered arrived promptly and expertly packed in perfect condition. Looking forward to dealing with them again.

Prompt delivery.
Great service.

Fabulous. Ordered a pre-ordered game in August and received it this week well in time for Xmas. Didn't take my money either unlike other game suppliers until it was dispatched. Came with a handwritten thank you note too. Will definitely order from them again. Thank you Gamers@Hart ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a kill team box (nemesis claw). Absolutely great delivery time & it was also free! Very generous discount on the box too. Would 100% use this company again, couldn’t be any happier. Would highly recommend.

I was quite skeptical at ordering something from a company/site I had never heard from before. However after reading these reviews I went for it. I ordered a Pokémon advent calendar for my son at the cheapest price I could find (without going down the rabbit hole of fake and frauds that is eBay) and the customer service was flawless. Email updates at every stage, very well packaged, quick delivery and a really nice hand written note included. I don’t usually write these reviews but felt like it was necessary to reflect the service provided. Will 100% be using them again in the future

Wide offer, good prices, but more importantly very quick and great communication...I couldn't recommend more!

Bought off here for the first time as they were the only place selling what I wanted that offered free delivery when spending over a certain amount. This website ended up being cheapest for the item anyway, regardless of postage.

My package arrived very quickly and was perfectly packed. It also had a note about how all the packaging is compostable, which I thought was a nice touch. The note was signed by Peter, who thanked me for my order.

I would definitely buy off these guys again. Already considering buying more booster packs, but I’m trying to be good. XD

Just placed an order via the gamers@hart website. It was THE best online shopping I have done. I found the game I wanted quickly, clicked the quick buy button, filled in all my details, clicked purchase and I was done. I didn't have to create an account or sign up to newsletters, there were no unnecessary form fields, quick and easy.

Item in perfect condition and arrived when they said it would - after hunting for ages for this game! Loved the handwritten thank you note and 100% compostable advice about the packaging. Tack så mycket! ☺️

Very friendly and very quick with delivery. Helpful and will definitely order again!

I made several orders with GamersAtHart and I always received a great service. Their prices are often among the lowest on the market and they offer free shipping on top of it. Part of my last order was delayed because they received less stock than expected and they reached out to me to discuss how I wanted to proceed, their customer support is first class! Highly recommended store.

Exemplary service at an unbeatable price. When I saw what they were asking compared to their peers I feared some kind of scam but lo and behold the item was delivered in good time and well protected for the journey in fully recyclable/compostable packaging. Will certainly look to them the next time my hobby itch needs scratching.

Speedy delivery, well packaged and a great price. Upon receiving The Castles Of Burgundy - Special Edition, one of the boards had minor damage. Peter was an absolute star and contacted the publishers who have promptly sent a replacement board. Reassuring to know that in the event of any issues beyond their control that they are there to help. First class customer service, thanks again.

I’ve used this shop a couple of times and always have a very positive experience. Orders are processed quickly (this one was shipped the same day - Friday - and arrived early Monday morning). Also for an independent shop their pricing is very competitive with some fantastic sales from time to time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic online shop, if they have the game I want they are probably my first port of call
