Been saving up for a year only to be totally mislead 😡no PC and no response from anyone!!!!! Thankfully did pay on credit card so have started a claim . But the stress and upset and my son with no pc on his birthday is totally unforgivable.Thought I would be helping a small uk business 🙄how silly of me !!!!!

My son saved up for two years to be able to buy his first gaming PC. Communication prior to ordering was informative and responsive, however since ordering communication has ceased. Ordered 5th Feb and still no PC or further updates, despite an initial delivery time of 2 to 4 days and it being advertised as in stock. I have emailed numerous times and left messages on the straight to voicemail telephone number but no response at all.

The back of our pc unit is damaged. For the price I payed for it and for it to come damaged is very upsetting. Still waiting for a reply from the company.

Despite multiple attempts to contact this company to retrieve my £1499.99, I finally had to resort to using my Section 75 rights and getting the credit card company to refund me. This was completed today.
I have also raised a case with Trading Standards to investigate and hopefully save other people from having to deal with this.

If you do buy from these people, please go in with your eyes open. Buy on credit card so you have some protection. Read the reviews, read their returns policy on their website (which is boiler plate and not really relevant to the goods they are selling), call the telephone number they have on their site and try to speak to someone and, finally, check out their address on Google maps - a low rent industrial unit.

I ended up buying my son his PC from Cyberpower PC who were excellent and delivered next day with an excellent system, so happy son in the end.

REQUESTED CANCELLATION AND REFUND
STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY
So, still no PC, still no contact since 10/2. Tried phoning but listed telephone number always goes straight to voicemail. The message on the voicemail is highly unprofessional and appears to be a personal voicemail rather than a business. Left message and phone number but no response.
Last night I mailed them to cancel and request a refund. Still absolutely no response from them, and doubtful whether I will ever see that £1500 back from them.
Likely I will have to seek legal advice or take this through the small claims court to try and retrieve funds - assuming the company is still trading.

I have no idea whether this is a scam or just a massively incompetent company, but please go in with your eyes open. Call the listed number, read the recent reviews, maybe e-mail them. They have only been trading since 2024 according to companies house.

I will update this review if I get some response.

My son's been working at a local restaurant pot washing (horrible job) for months saving to buy this gaming PC. Did plenty of research and Gamer-PC had just what he wanted at the right price. Thought he'd have it within the week, Initial order estimated 2-4 working days despatch....10 working days later, no idea when he'll get it, no proactive communication or updates.

On chasing, Adrian told me it would be despatched 12/2/26, but no further communication. No PC, no updates, no response to emails and telephone goes straight to voicemail.

Genuinely disappointed and concerned as they have a decent chunk of our money.

Honestly, if you're a small company and something has happened (staff illness or some other issue) then just let us know.

I will happily re-review if you can get these delays sorted as it appears, from the historical reviews, that people are happy with the product you are selling.

However, we did have concerns about your legitimacy when the PC didnt arrive as indicated. The reviews do not help your business neither does the lack or communication about the delay to the projected delivery date. I'm sure you've read the reviews. This needs to be addressed to give customers confidence in your brand. The reviews will deter people and that's a shame.

Took around 8 working days but arrived in good condition and with courier tracking email on day of dispatch

Delivery did take longer than expected and communication wasnt the best at first but the PC arrived and it works as it should

Waiting for an update for order 1571 it’s been 8 days since I have ordered it

I have yet to receive my pc after ordering on the 25/01/26 - Order #1577. I was told by the company my order would be dispatched on 11/02/26, which it wasn’t. I understand the company may run into issues which delays the process but waiting 3 weeks for a rig advertised as ‘in stock’ is a bit much. I have emailed the company to ask for a refund as I don’t feel I can rely on them unfortunately.

Pc has came and it is great the only thing i can say is that don’t be expecting the pc to come in 2-4 days mine took 2 week but once they did get in contact with me (12days into ordering) they was very helpful

I was a bit nervous ordering as I've never bought a pc before but it was quite simple, great prices and was packaged super securely, other than a lack of communication that made me nervous and a weather delay its absolutely wonderful well worth the money

Took some time to arrive and communication wasn’t great at first, but when they started to build my pc they kept me up to date on what was going on. The pc itself looks amazing and performs great. I’d recommend getting a pc from these guys if you’re in the market to get one!

Great took time but did come and was great they ended up getting back and carried on updating me since thanks well appreciated

Top class systems for the price ,trying to contact them could do with some work as customer support is bad ,but received and it's a great pc my son loves it and arrived well packed

Very happy. Received my PC today (and this is what I'm using to write this review), and I LOVE IT!

I bit of a delay due to the weather but pc has arrived and is just what we wanted. The pc is great, a bit more communication would be better but they did reply to my emails.

The pc is brilliant but I have a problem with delivery. I paid £50 to get it in 1-3 days but it came in a week. Other than that it’s not a problem

My teenage son is now 3 days over the 2-4 days delivery, I understand that unforseen circumstances can occur, but its unacceptable to give no response to the voice messages and emails sent.

If you would like to contact me with an ETA on delivery time for order #1509 that would be great. If not, unfortunatly ill be forced to escalate things further.

I’m not hating I just want an update.
Like many others I placed my order on the 5th Jan 2026, a late Christmas present for my little brother.

I’ve rang over 20 times on different days and emailed a few times yet no communication as occurred.
