Galapagos Travel Center Omdömen

First contact with lots of infos and travel advice was excellent, reply time very fast. Accounting, payment and invoicing was rather intransparent and average. At the end, our trip to Galapagos was a unique experience, everything was well organized and prepared. Nature guides sometimes did not seem much interested in the tourist group.

Our tour was fantastic. Our guide, Ivan, was so informative. He would hold a summary meeting every evening about the days activities and inform us of the next days plan so we always knew wha to expect. Our boat crew on the Frigate was amazing. They were all so helpful with our every need. The captain or our boat was attentive to all our needs and watching for sea life along the way. He spotted a group of dolphins one evening and we saw the most amazing show.
The only part of our experience that could use attention was our trip advisor, Sebastian. Our communication was a little sparse and toward the trip date we had a hard time getting information. We would highly recommend the Galapagos Travel Center to others, Regards
Kevin and Beth Mortinson

They (Diana) handled everything PERFECT. Everything was as advertised; the accommodations were great, along with the tours, communications and meals were first rate. Diana was extremely helpful and patiently answered all of my MANY questions to my satisfaction. We are very glad we used them!

Excellent Service, excellent experience! Highly recommended!

I initially chose Galapagos Travel Center because it was the only place I could find that offered a 3 day/2 night option. However, I was really happy with the experience from start to finish. Sebastian made sure all of our questions were answered and that we were prepared for the trip. The meals and accomodations exceeded expectations and we were able to see a lot in a short time. Highly recommend!

Galapagos Travel Center helped us plan our highly anticipated adventure to Galapagos Islands. They kept us informed of what to pack and the weather would be that time of year. Galapagos Travel gave a detailed description of each day. What we would do and see. They made the trip so enjoyable. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you!

This tour was absolutely amazing. Peter was so knowlegable, personable and patient. I loved his bird impressions, his knowledge of the islands was very impressive. We were blown away by the diversity of all the islands. The way the animals were so approachable and the snorkeling was the best I've ever experienced,

I would highly recommend this company. They responded quickly to all questions and the arrangement of travel couldn't have been more seamless. The yacht we traveled on was glorias and it was the best trip of my life!

Gabriela was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. She is the consumate professional. Always available, answering questions in a timely manner with a positive attitude.

All good from research, to.payment, to actually going on tour.

My husband and I recently returned from a wonderful visit to the Galapagos Islands. We worked with Katie Beckwith, and she made everything so easy for us. From booking our hotel the night before our flight to Baltra until we flew back to JFK Airport in New York a week later, everything went just as expected. We did not have to worry about where to go and how to get there. The vessel we went on for our island hopping and excursions was the Alya. Beautiful small ship with a wonderful, attentive staff and the food was really varied and delicious!

Lorena was so helpful, we really had lots of questions and needed items sent several times and she was always patient.

Sebastian was excellent with the arrangements throughout!!
I had the adventure of a lifetime in Ecuador; Quito, The Galapagos & The Amazon!
Everything went very smoothly the accommodations were top notch, food amazing, guides wonderful.......can't say enough good things about my trip!

Everything you did for us was wonderful…..day trips, transfers…..all went smoothly! Thank you for making our adventures in the Galapagos a trip of a lifetime!

I cannot rate the people at the Galapagos Travel Center any higher. They were tremendous with our planning and ongoing support while in the Galapagos. They made the experience wonderful for all of us, despite some last minute changes and my daughter getting sick. Highest rating!!!!

High level of hands on service and rapid accommodations when tour options changed. Great value for money with knowledgeable, responsive representatives. Will use again if going back to Ecuador.

The entire trip was well planned. Everything was taken care of. All of the transfers and trips were on time. The hotels and restaurants were excellent. The representative in Galapagos was very helpful. Anything we asked was addressed right away.

Absolutely awesome experience. No issues, everything occurred as planned.

When looking for a cruise, I found the Galapagos Travel Center online. I called them while I was in Europe and got a warm, professional response. The Travel Center was instrumental in guiding us through the choices as I was looking for the right cruise for my daughter and me. The representative explained in detail the differences between the various cruise options. We decided to go with the 8-day trip on the Infiniti. It turned out to be a perfect choice.
While preparing for the trip, the Travel Center answered all my questions including those regarding the payments, the daily program, the equipment provided by the boat and the details of the cabin. All documents were sent promptly and explained in detail.
The hotel they had selected for us for the one night before and one night after the cruise was the Go Quito Hotel in downtown Quito. It was a 5-star hotel with a fabulous restaurant on the 17th floor (breakfast was included) and a beautiful spa and pool. We liked this hotel and were glad that the Travel Center had selected it for us (rather than a hotel at the airport).
All in all, I felt we were in very good hands having the Galapagos Travel Center as our trip organizer. Thank you Galapagos Travel Center!
