Safely handled the order and sent the money within a few working days - a fair price higher than ones in physical stores

The estimated price went from £170 and ended up being £120. I hardly used the watch, I wouldn’t say the condition was poor either but it would’ve been more effort to have it returned.

Even though they had send my iPad back and then I sent it back through no fault of the company ( I forgot to take something off ) they stayed in contact with me throughout I also could not get emails at the middle of the sale and again they managed to stay professional and
patient with me would highly recommended this company

Always used Music Magpie and never had any issues. Used Gadget Go Go for the first time and I wish I had never bothered. Offered me more money and then alleged that the device was damaged when I have photos to prove that wasn’t the case when the watch was sent, I’ve now requested a return of my item and will never use this business again. Order number 325368

Never get back to you and very slow in paying out

Had a quote for good condition for £109
Had email back saying it’s in poor condition/ a few very minor marks they reckon
So offered me only £80
Not happy

Offered me £370 then after receiving my iPad Pro they took the price right down to £270 showing me very very tiny magnified marks that had to be magnified with a magnifying glass to see them . I will not sell to them again

Sent my Apple Watch 8 gps 29th June got quoted £140 but when they received quoted £50!! Still waiting for my money it’s now the 16th emailed 3 times!

Payment has been pending for a week. I'm guessing because my PayPal email is different to my account email. But tried to get in contact had no reply.
Still waiting for my payment.
Edit: got in contact after my negative review explain they had been busy and checked with PayPal and the funds appeared that day.

The questions asked regarding condition of phone are vague so although answered correctly, I was offered £100 less than the quote on receipt. This is totally misleading.

Took along time, not notified they had received goods. Sent photos of what they considered marks which were not visible when sent. I have photos which do not match theirs. I would not use them again. Payment still not received from them either which was meant to be 48 hours.

THIS COMPANYN IS DODGY. I sent them a near new Apple Watch. No scratches or anything. They didn’t get back to me for ages and I couldn’t get through to them. Eventually they sent me an email with a picture of a totally different watch that was battered and bruised and offered me a ridiculously low amount. Just avoid these lot if you don’t want any stress.
