I've had it three times now that I've ordered from Temu, it comes into the country fine, then it says out for delivery and Gaash are sweet enough to email me to tell me that it is out for delivery, it stays on that status for a few weeks until I ask for a refund.
When you try to phone them, they send you a watsapp link, which when you go, they don't answer and there is literally NO ONE to speak to.

They let you wait for the parcel and they dont notify you what to do exactly before the parcel arrive and they benefit from storage fees and the slow if unavailble customer service. And if you paid them for something, they dont do visa refund , they want bank account. I think they must be stopped from clearing parcels because they are ripping the customers off.

My experience with Gaash has been absolutely disastrous. Shipments are delayed for weeks, no real customer support, no working phone number, and no way to speak to an actual human being. All you get are useless automated responses that don’t solve anything.
The biggest shock is that Amazon actually works with this company! How can a global, world-class retailer rely on a carrier that has zero professionalism and clearly cannot handle basic delivery operations?
This decision completely destroys the customer experience.
I eventually had to request a full refund because my package never arrived—even though the tracking showed it had already cleared customs. And if you check Trustpilot, you’ll see the exact same story repeated by hundreds of customers: lost packages, extreme delays, zero accountability, and no communication.
This company is simply not fit to operate, and Amazon should immediately reconsider using Gaash if they care about their customers in this region.

I ordered a package from Temu, they shipped it immediately. Everything was on time until it came into the hands of Gaash. According to the tracking information it has been "out to delivery" for about 3 weeks. If you try to contact them via phone it tells you only via whatsapp or email. On whatsapp there is no human representative, and their robot is only for tracking information with no problem solving. Their email auto response is that there is no replies to emails, only to the contact form on the website. The contact form says they will respond in 10 days. The service is atrocious, unprofessional and extremely inadequate.

It was bad enough when GAASH would say that a package is out for delivery and then not bring it as I wasted a whole day and evening waiting for them. But when they started reporting to TEMU that they didn't deliver because I could not be found at home, while I spent the whole day and evening at home waiting for them, I said I've had it. I informed TEMU that I can no longer buy from them so long as they use GAASH as their delivery company. Not worth wasting so much time of my life sitting at home only to be disappointed and then have it be told to TEMU that I was to blame! My computer can prove I was home when GAASH said I wasn't.
Worst shipping company, ripped open package, stolen product, lost package
Any package that is delivered with Gaasg assigned is either lost stuck in customs or yesterday. I got a package that was ripped open and three products were missing from the order.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from Temu, and every single time the delivery company they use has been a nightmare—but this time is the worst. There is NO customer service. No one answers messages, no one responds, no one calls. There is not a single human being to speak to—only bots that give useless responses.
I have no idea where my package is, when it will arrive, or if it will arrive at all. I wouldn’t even mind delays if someone would simply communicate with me and be honest. But there is nothing—just silence.
This is completely unacceptable. Because of this delivery company, I will no longer order from Temu. If they continue using this horrible service, they will lose customers like me. The lack of transparency and accountability is disgusting.
Avoid this delivery company at all costs. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and impossible to reach.i wish I could give them a 0 star
Do not use Gaash
This company is awful. I finally found an email to contact the company expressing my needs for delivery. Due to being away. They are unreliable with zero customer service. Even when they did reply to me they were so rude and unfriendly. The only way they can improve is by getting out of this business. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Not once out of the3 times I bought from Temu did I have a smooth delivery.

After a lot of emails, and not giving up, I must say that in the end Gaash came through. They found my parcel and I got it finally.
I wish it was easier to contact and actually speak with people in the customer service, they wouldn't loose so many amy stars.

My package delivered to central location. I let Gaadh know I sm in the south no one responded. There was a war gappenjng and my package was sent back. Thud is really messed up!!! Waiting 3 weeks for delivery sncit goes to wrong location....MINUS 5!!!!

If I could give minus stars I would. The costumer service is a robot that just sends you back to the useless website which gives absolutely no additional information. They don’t reply to emails and my order has been with them for like a month and I still can’t find a way to get an actual human being to respond to me. I hope this company closes soon so that no one has to deal with their lack of professionalism and integrity

in my entire life of working with carriers globally. I have never encounter service as such USLESS, no wonder you can’t answer my email fast enough & reply to tell me where is my parcel & why its sits somewhere without being informed as is with other carriers. Currently the parcel is on hold and no one contacted me. It is a common thing amongst carriers. Maybe I will get a call or information tomorrow from you.

The sender told me exactly that he could not send the order because I live in an Arab neighborhood and he does not like to enter Arab neighborhoods.
