What concernens me the most was when the package finally arrived by courier the tracking said it was delivered and signed by me in person.
It was left at the letterbox by courier . No one rang to advise its being delivered and nothing was signed by me with regards to this delivery.

The worst company with the worst customer service staff.Surprised why Lazada Thailand or Shopee Thailand can use this carrier...

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their service is absolutely terrible, and the communication is non-existent.
My experience was a total nightmare:
They attempted delivery during the New Year holidays when our office was obviously closed.
We were explicitly told to pick up the parcel at the branch. When we arrived, the staff refused to release it, claiming the system marked it as 'Detained.'
We called their customer service (1436) over 10 times in two days with zero resolution.
There is a complete breakdown in communication between their HQ and the branches. They are holding our business parcel hostage due to their own internal errors. If you run a business, do not use this service."
They didn't pick up a food delivery…
They didn't pick up a food delivery packed on 21st picked up on 24th. After that no idea the tracking was abysmal. Arrived on 27th (It was frozen food!) Yes it was Xmas but the lack of communications was abysmal and the main problem. Lazada and Shopee need to consider a tick box of no delvery by Flash. Ever.

I ordered something from Shein. Flash express says they delivered the order and that I signed for it. Neither is true. I did get a call from a Thai-speaking man I didn't understand, but nothing was delivered, and I certainly didn't sign for it. The company says I have to report the order missing to Shein. How convenient, a shipping company has to deliver.
Very bad attitude
Very bad attitude. I order fresh meal must be delivered in 48H in polystyren box. Come to my home after four days and I not agree to receive, I leave tou courier for return. I complaint and a women call my wife for try to hear we receive item, record call and give partial record to seller. Happy, I have monitoring safety video show clearly the driver put my box in car and go with. Very poor honesty !!!

They take forever to deliver and said that I was the one who requested for a reschedule when THEY are the ones who took little to NO time to deliver my parcel. Live chat is also shit as they only say that they will expedite but no action is taken. If this is the service that you're providing, you might as well just shut it all down.

like other customers, same issue, 'we aren't able to deliver due to unable to contact receiver' while i'm at home, no attempt delivery, even called back but no answer. Customer service (Min and July) also didn't really help anything. I told Min to tell delivery person to just whatsapp me if the parcel is delivered, but no, they just put 'unable to contact' and no solutions too, they just say 'aren't able to get back to the branch' i have been waiting this parcel for a long time. If i can choose the delivery method, confirm i'm not using flash.

Very bad delivery service. Goes out 17.15, no call, no one was coming to our house! At 18.25 delivery attempt failet!!!! Delivery photo is not from our house. We never had so bad service and it was not the first time!! Lazada should stop with Flash!!

Different Package same message . Delivery failed recipient rescheduled. English meaning , couldn't be bothered to deliver today as we are too lazy.
Message sent to Flash customer service , and I already know the reply , " Flash will attempt to deliver your package etc. Sorry for the inconvenience. Even the customer service talk rubbish.

Rubbish service…
Shocking service tells you out for delivery as many as 3 or even 4days before the goods arrive. Their drivers seem incapable of reading a map and speak zero English..when you are with a Thai they have to ask how to find you... haven't this company heard of the internet or Maps???
Worst delivery service
Never received delivery. No photo or signature for delivery. I was home all morning. No ring door bell or phone me.
Promised next day delivery but nothing.
