I really need to say nothing more than read what others are posting the rating stand the company is a joke. They bully you into working long hours but only pay you min wage for 9 hours. I was putting in 13-14 hour days with travel for the company and the reason I left was that they was trying to make me use my own money to travel for the company in my personal car. The company is a joke do not work for them run a mile, no run 2 miles. Do anything but work for this joke. The 1 star rating is still to much they need a 1/4 of that because they are only just scraping by with government work and the people you work with will treat you like dirt, meat head guards who think they are doormen that need a lot of retraining but the company will only do whats needed and it takes someone to get hurt before anything is needed.

5: for team because I have more help from other drivers then from managers they only sitting and eating all day!! Drinking coffee complaining about drivers , and if you ask about some help or advice they ignore you useless people!!
By the way review has been made by CIT driver Maidstone Kent horrible place to work never know when you finish and they push you to do more and more jobs with time window which is impossible to do . You gona run like rabbit and never ge positive feedback from managers also you will get trening money off from your wages I been told 6 months trening and after 6 months they still refus to pay me all wages and on top of that you gona be force to trains othes for free !!!

Went for an interview and the interviewer "Darren" who was apparently in one of the more higher positions; discriminated me for my social anxiety disorder. Declining me for the role under the pretext of having not learned about their G4S company. Well I'm seeing now that trustpilot shows 1 star and many negative reviews. That tells me plenty about the company. As for the role I applied for, I understood it well. Which meant the only reason to decline me was due to my very apparent mental health condition. If you want to work for a company where you will be treated with fairness and compassion - this is not the place.

I dont understand how a company like this can be trusted with money....

PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS VERY DISCRIMINATING SECURITY COMPANY. They have NO HR DEPARTMENT, their managers are ONE BIG TEAM OF VICTIMISERS, they have NO SENSE OF HOW TO REWARD and after the first (only) complaint, they play games with you and each period gets worse. SKUNK COMPANY RUN BY SKUNK PEOPLE CONTROLLED BY SKUNK MANAGERS. American owned, aren’t they ! Find a smaller company that looks after ALL ITS WORKERS and NOT THE FAVOURITES ONLY like these Todsslers. Losing contracts is sign of their cleverness. Still waiting to be paid monies short paid in November 2023 - NOW MAY 2023 !!!!!

If you are disabled I recommend not even approaching the company. Just refuse to enter,it's not worth the time.

Falsify information to to protect themselfs. If you are using G4S or forced to use a company that employs them, excerise extreme caution. Come prepared , i would recommend bringing a gun but this is the uk, so peper spray, 200 grand in laywers, a law degree for yourself because your walking into a criminal organization, ohh and still expect to get thrown down stairs if you even try to inform them of the laws they break.

I would therefore recommend not treating these like humans.

I can even enumerate the number of literal crimes these allow. wowow i would be typing for days.

Worked as Security Supervisor - Luton, Bedfordshire in TUI HQ
This company is a complete shambles. It would rather put in place a pulse instead of good experienced security officer. The company is run by little mafia who only wants dead beats off the streets who would do any hours and any days of the week. Can you see why the other security companies have taken over. The management are completely useless and dress up like dog s**t. I went in for an interview to a different site for progression and the duty manager in the prestigious site was scruffy and smelt like as if the drains went off. I’m thinking why on earth would this client want these jokers to look after their site!!

Don't waist your time to apply for a job with them , poor recruitment all together and over got a reply .

Forfærdelig service! De vælger at holde på mine penge i op til 3 måneder. Og på spørgsmålet, hvad får jeg som kunde ud det? Kort og godt ingen ting, sådan er det bare.. Undskyld mig, men hvis jeg skylder nogen penge så kommer der altså renter og rykkere på. Men åbenbart ikke når man hedder g4s, så må man bare finde sig i det...

Nu forsøger jeg så at opsige min aftale. Og kan hilse og sige det er ikke nemt. Efter at have brugt godt 2 timer på at forsøge at komme igennem har jeg opgivet.

Contract Managers are clueless. Javelin system is abhorrent.
Company will not deal with racism.
Avoid working for these muppets at all costs.

One of the worst systems ever I have to faced. At least 15 times I have tried to reset my password Epay logon. So much pain that it's hurt badly. Whenever I type in all the answers that were asked me. I 100% know that I have entered the correctly, still tells me you have inter incorrect answers. I know why so many people hate G4s that is another reason. Simple things even makes more difficultly.

This company should be avoided at all possible cost,, they are racist, political, religious descriminating low down no good wasters,, working with them for around 6 years, until they decide it is time to get rid of the Catholic workers, removed shifts from me without notice, over December month only earned 2 weeks money, did not get my holiday entitlement, would not answer calls, texts, emails, would not provide uniform, treated protestant workers better,, a shower of low life protestant British loyalist bas==erds

It’s a hard but rewarding job from looking after vulnerable perspective. When it comes to management that’s SOUL DESTROYING experience. That’s the case in London at least.

Beyond an embarrassing company. Was working a fashion show with G4S as security. Beyond disorganised and rude. Disgusting manners towards those working the event and wouldn’t let me bring any registered assistants of mine to the show. Would highly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Having been a regular inpatient at various UCLH sites, the patient transport service consistently provides a late, unreliable service. On numerous occasions I have had to spend an additional night in hospital despite the wards booking transport well in advance of travel during the day. It is a real shame as the quality of care in the trust is very good but patients are let down on discharge by this diabolical patient transport service.

G4S Hospital Transport refuses to take me on a carrychair, because my right leg doesn’t bend.
I normally go to Hospital appointments with BM ambulance service who has no problems and get me to them from Hospital
Andrew Goodard came to my house from G4S, and did assessment it turned out he has done the assessment completely wrong.
They have put me down as a scoop I can’t go scoop because my back and medical conditions
Carry chair is most safest and easiest way I’ll get me in and out house to the ambulance stretcher
I complained about G4S staff not take me to hospital and my health is suffering over it.
I’m gonna end up suing due to lack of care and miss important hospital appointments
I have complex medical condition and it’s important. I need attend my hospital appointment but G4S putting my medical health condition under stress..

I would have no option to seek legal advice and suing G4S
They have caused road, rage by swearing out to others other drivers of the ambulance window,, which is completely unprofessional, and I felt my life was in danger
G4S ambulance crew swearing like a trooper in the back of the ambulance which is completely unprofessional behaviour all because My road is unmade good, and there isn’t-street lights
Swearing outside the house because I live on my road without any lights and all this was caught on camera.
G4S has refused to take me home from hospital, my legs etc

I would not recommend Transport to anybody

Terrible company I was registered as SIA security guard for events didn’t book for a while and then without any communications just dropped me from their employee portal, tried contacting them but still no answer ridiculous company

Had to visit Job Centre Plus, Wellington St Leicester on Friday 26/1/24,and was insulted twice by a G4S security guard,first insult he called me under his breath was your a P***K,when walking past him,and to add insult to injury,as I was leaving the JCP office,he made a hand gesture that suggested that I was a C*** S****R,I would like to suggest that I am neither.Is this the best that G4S can employ,ignorant, uneducated,rude,arrogant , disrespectful,minimum wage employees.Disgusting appalling attitude to have,employed by a huge global company,but all they can employ is ignorant MORONS!!!!!.

G4S are honestly the worst company I have ever come accross. Ongoing complaint for 6 month - they don’t even respond or seem to care. Yet continue trying to take our money when our contract cancelled 6 months ago.

The G4s security guard humiliated and treated me badly and after filing complaint to G4s they said we checked it and you are lying. What a disgusting company they dont even have one good reviews here.
