Turned up at the wrong entrance for Downpatrick police station. Got a really surly security guard. I asked him if he would be kind enough to provide directions to the disabled access for the station. His reply stunned me, "Do you think I'm a tourist guide"? Despite the fact that the correct carpark was just next to where I was sat, accessible by a barrier which he had control over, he refused to give me any directions and instead complained that I was "blocking traffic"!

So, after 10 years, I left. No acknowledgement from anybody. Not even a phone call from my line manager.
Makes you feel really valued.

Couldn't secure a cow shed

absolutely useless the woman I was eventually dealing with completely rubbish at her job she was working from home meant to be working but took over 30 minutes to answer the phone I've had two strokes it's left me without the use of hands and legs I'm entitled to hospital transport used other hospital transport companies without a problem this pathetic person asked me tons of questions then sald I don't qualify for transport what an absolute joke I don't know wher all these companies keep finding these people who I would not trust to run a tap let alone deal with serious and very volatile illness as two strokes left me very anxious and feeling disrespected by this absolutely useless lady and company I've had two strokes feel absolutely rubbish anyway with the way it's left me and I have the indignity of trying to prove to this stupid person and company how disabled these two strokes have left me I will be discussing this with my local mp I would not give this company any stars because of the way this woman has made me feel I hope she has two strokes and suffers the indignity I've just been put through.

I have asked them numerous questions and haven't replied back to me with regards to my question also why promote customer service when you don't have it yourself as a company as its quite contradictory if you see it from my point

A G4S security van worker has been filmed berating a member of the public holding up a sign saying "you sad c*nt" no wonder this company is known as G4Stupid around the UK. Awful company.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star tbh, absolutely rubbish customer service. No customer care or empathy. Customer service agents on two occasions rude and arrogant!

Rude and ignorant at the job centre. Im an employee not a customer.

G4s vehicle hit my car. Lady driver in G4s didn’t seem to care!!! Small crease in my front area near my number plate on the right side!! G4s vehicle reversing into small space in lay-by. Witnessed this and can’t understand why they just walked off when questioned got number plate of vehicle!!!

Theses people caused me to have mental health problems.and when you ask for help afterwards they don't care ..hated working for theses people ,worse company I have ever worked for in my life ..bullies you into multitasking without proper training then told to go on your way .
They are better companys out there to work for do not get a job with this company you will suffer mentally and with no help afterwards.

Had an interview on 8 jul still waiting outcome and apparently been registered to their payslip system? And partner worked here for 2 weeks and got dismissed because of her disability this company needs shutting down

This company the vilest company out there. They mistreat you by power tripping you. They breach your employment contract including breach your terms and conditions. Thus G4S company has history of committing breach of contract and violation towards employees.

Their senior and upper management are not reliable on management and they tamper and ignore your information. They put wrong information that is misleading and post misleading job adverts. They make me work 60 hours when my contract is 42hours. One of their managers Ali Ahmed he made me work 5-6 days of 12 hours exploiting me through hours and making me feel poorly and only gives me 1 day off. Absolutely disgusting.

They hire any inconsistent and incompetent person for management that is not suited for management and lacks back to back. Their management speak to you in an offensive manner and used offensive language with contempt attitude.they barely even know how to form a relationship and bondship. Barely know any closeness with employees as I said they hire anyone in management due to favouritism. They put unprofessional people on management and managerial role and make the company more worst to work with and damage the management style. Many people leave this company after 5-8 years, I left. It’s only stable if you got a good manager who is actually a good person personally and the base on which site you work and how they work there other that they got very dodgy demanding sites to work on with risky settings. In addition many Senior Management left their positions those were the face of this company and got them important contracts and hired outstanding officers but I guess you have to move on if this company mistreat you and commit many gross misconduct and break the law. Including their senior management is abysmal in every aspect

When you call NCC they speak to you in a very harsh manner with no understanding or respect. Basically try to be loud with you which is not acceptable form of communication

They demote you through your employment contract and play mind games by giving you uneasy stress and frustration. If you lodge a complaints their senior management tamper information and evidence and complicit with these corrupted mangers who can commit gross misconduct and get away with it. I had this manger Terry Frampton tell me to go to a site where I got treated with offensive language, things went outside of the window yet as a manager wants to make things devastatingly worst for me physically and emotionally. As a manager his job is to remove me from this site due to the incident but he still makes me frustrated and tries to get a reaction so as a manager you put my personal health and safety at risk then the company gets in trouble due to your misconduct and malicious conduct. Nevertheless, Their office sites are full of discrimination culture and if you make a complaint they support the client rather than their own employees this happened to me. They don’t address complains fairly neither wants to put things correctly, this happened to me as I did face discrimination and gross misconduct by a manger called Toby Wellings and this still continues where my employment contracts gets breached. They refuse to book my holidays which is illegal and give me less hours than my contract but they have hours but they refuse deliberate as tactic of bullying and discouraging to make you resign and give you a detrimental experience. Their is full of wider and corruption on management in this company. Also if you message customer service they secretly forward this the line manager making things worst for the employees. However they hire the worstest Security guards with abhorrent manners, abhorrent attitude and customer service. Sadly this company tax you huge amount which is odd but other companies don’t do that. In this company their security guards use offensive language as a form of communication and think it’s normal like theyre speaking with their parents or wife or husband. Many tyrants they employ in this company that are not employable.

If you contact any customer service you barely get any response and they just ignore you which is not acceptable under a certain legislation as a company. They don’t follow national guidelines etc. As a Security company they breach the Law. If you take them to courts they will surely be desolve as certain employees take them and they always get fined, warned etc due to the wrongdoings and cross misconduct and unfair treatment

Headache company, I have been working with G4S since sep 2023. Whenever I go for shift I get high mental stress due to their behaviour. Haven’t get any respect and value and but no more then 2 shifts in a month. Their is too much politics with in management teams and faveritizm for own people and criticism for others. Not a recommended company for security jobs. Try different companies instead of G4S. Plz avoid it .

I worked for G4S at the BST festival, which was far and away the worst experience I have ever had since working at festivals.

I worked 12-hour shifts and had a 30-minute break after 6 pm. The supervisor did not let us go to the toilet.

When I went to the staff area. The woman from G4S who gave the lunch refused to give the lunch. She said the lunch break finished 25 minutes ago and during my 30-minute break. My colleagues and I sat on the floor because we had to stand all day. On the first 15 minutes of the break. The same woman who refused to give us lunch came to us and said to return to the positions because we were not supposed to have breaks and we were supposed to work. Therefore, we ended up having only a 15-minute break instead of 30-minute break.
Adding insult to injury, the management team constantly threatened us with non-payment if we dared to leave early.

To the absolute t*** that tried to run myself and three workman off the road whilst leaving the forum just now (reg LN23) just because you have a tiny p**** and a large van does not give you the right to force your way onto the road when we were crossing. Your van was inches from me despite seeing me cross, you carried on driving. You then had the audacity to shout at me!! I**** G4S, You need to have a word, you could have been paying out for a few injuries today!

Man var enig i at det var ganske urimeligt og kvitterede med en klækkelig prisnedsættelse på abonnementet.

Big company with managers who are like a clan. Or Dragons den. especially on the patient transport. Put a complaint in about somebody. And if they are a line manager. you have no chance. even with a complaint of racism. They all stick together. Know workers rights
