I ordered a refurbished sat nav which I have yet to receive.My purchase was confirmed but I cannot find out when I will receive it.I have emailed them On four occasions over a 5 day period to request information on delivery.I have yet to receive a reply.their site shows a contact number but it is invalid.They have got my money and I am worried that I have been scammed.Even If I receive the product I strongly advise that people do not use this site based on their lack of after sales care.I checked with Garmin and they have no connection with this company.

I would give them zero stars (but had to give 1). A GPS Watch bought which could never find it's location ... numerous E-Mails sent to company, returned watch requesting a full refund of money. They confirmed receipt of watch, advised they would be back in touch but a month later, no correspondence and their phone line is just dead. Not sure if they're still operating. Don't use them.

Ze hebben me wel een blauw bandje opgestuurd ???!!! Zijn ze op hun hoofd gevallen !?!?!!
Ik koop in deze shop nooit meer iets ! Hopelijk krijg ik op een of andere manier mijn geld terug ?

Impressed by this company's excellent comms. Through my own error, I ordered the wrong-for-me car type Garmin GPS. Then I realised the error, and contacted them by E mail. and then by chat, in order to avert shipping.(I'd already rx the "ready to ship" E mail) Both comms went very well...and I received a full refund same day. So, I haven't yet bought anything, but the experience was good, so I probably will, after more thought next time. Thanks!

I bought a Garmin Satnav and paid by PayPal.
That was on the 4 April 2023. At this moment in time the Satnav has gone around the UPS(computer) system for the past 13days. At no time has it got past the 'On It's Way' status. Never got actually into Out For Delivery status. Between UPS and the FactoryOutletStore this has been an absolute shambles. Each one sending generic emails to me about how their admin process works. I have sent them screenshots of the UPS tracking and they are still explaining to me how their system works. I don't need to know this I just want the goods that I paid for upfront!! Apparently UPS take it upon themselves to decide if you get the item. Really bad operational procedures. Do not use this company if you have just moved address as you will not receive your order!

Excellent service. I ordered two refurbished Fenix watches. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong spec on one of them. I phoned them and they changed the order. Two separate deliveries. Both on time. Both perfect. The watches look brand new.
Excellent communications. I would definitely use them again.
I was concerned after reading some of the reviews, but my own experience was faultless.

Terrible. They don’t have the stock they sell on their website!
Ordered a Garmin watch. Payment is taken straight away.
Dispatch notice was sent, then shipment was cancelled because they said they didn’t have stock. Then they sent another shipment, which came from Amazon.
The item from Amazon was faulty, so I had to send it back, at my own cost.
Then they dispatched another, then cancelled the second dispatch (presumably because they realised for the second time they didn’t have stock).
No idea why they operate a model which seems to be to put everything on their website then worry about it if someone actually orders anything.
Odd. Best avoided.

I purchased a Garmin friction mount for my Nuvi Garmin gps from Factory Outlet Store, Syosset, N.Y. on November 30, 2021. I paid with my credit card. The next day they took my money.
I received the product today, 1/14/2022.
The bracket for my gps was missing; moreover there was no instruction in how to set the "puck."
I telephoned several times, and was finally connected to a supposed technician who informed a bracket was not available; that he would e-mail me instructions. The e-mail was sent but I could not access it.
Finally, I could kick myself for not going directly to Garmin, I called the far superior company, and their technician walked me through adjusting the "puck"," as well as sending me a bracket free of charge and shipping. How is that for a reputable company?
As for Factory Outlet Store--don't even think about it. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Watch arrived late. The watch battery didn't even last a day. I complained and was ignored for over a week, eventually being listened to after my 10th email. They finally accepted that it was faulty and I could return the product. I then had to pay £8 to post it back to them, I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN A FAULTY PRODUCT! No doubt about it, THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE HAD THE UNPLEASENT EXPERIENCE OF INTERACTING WITH.

Writing for the UK/EU online shop. I wasn't sure they were legit but took a punt and the device arrived quickly and appears to be working (from basic testing - I walked to the local shop and back with the GPS). The box came with documentation and cables. I am only giving 4 stars because the devise case that I bought has a frosted up plastic window that can't seem to be cleaned. I'm planning to contact them regarding this.

I am a UK buyer so i am leaving this review on the uk/EU site for this company and also on Facctoryoutletstore.com as the parent company. If you are looking for a Garmin product, want the saving of a renewed product but you are not sure about this company then put your concerns aside and go for it, because they are good. I bought a renewed motorcycle sat nav for considerably less than the cost of a new one. Website was easy to use, they take Paypal so you have some reassurance, their comms were good throughout and the product arrived within a working week.But don't pay too much attention to UPS delivery dates - they may relate to their local depot delivery date not your house. The sat nav is in a garmin logo box marked renewed, it is totally unmarked, as new, every accessory required was in the box, in original packets and still wire-tied. All utterly untouched. the sat nav connected with Garmin express, was recognised and updates delivered without any issues. The only thing i can't verify is the two year manufacturor warranty and i hope i never have to. Am I pleased with my purchase and this company? You bet i am, I have a perfectly presented product a lot cheaper than i might have otherwise had. I recommend them
