I ordered a print with expedited service I have not seen my order well past the promised date. I have not been able to get a hold of the company through the email they say to use. I don’t even know if The print is coming. Wondering if I should cancel payment.

Sizes are not per panel. Pictures are deceiving.
I received my product and it was in good condition. However, future buyers should be aware of a couple of things.
First, customer service was weak. Their is no phone number provided (COVID as a lame excuse) and the email they provide got bounced back to me multiple times, so it took over a week, and multiple attempts, to get a response.
Second, the pictures on the website for the size of the prints is VERY deceiving. I purchased a 3P 38x18, and the picture on display shows three large panels behind a couch making it seem very clear that each panel would be 38x18, which is what I wanted. But if you read the fine print, all three panels total to 38x18. The website does state this, so its not false advertising, however the pictures are clearly not to scale and really do deceive the viewer to thinking they are getting canvas art that is bigger than what it is. Just be aware.

Quality of the print is excellent
Quality of the print is excellent. My only issue is the near zero lack of communication/update regarding the order status and tracking. Other than this, I'd highly recommend again.

The return policy is terrible and not…
The return policy is terrible and not listed prominently enough on the site. Luckily I was able to cancel the purchase right after I made it, but the amount I spent was not credited back to my card as promised. I had to dispute the charge with my bank in order to get the money back. Very bad experience, would never attempt to buy art from this site again or recommend it to anyone.

happy to report this issue has been resolved--item received.
I had emailed asking about the status of an order, and the email was returned, "permanent fatal errors -- mailbox unavailable -- User unknown". but several days later I did receive a reply, and evetually my order as well.

Their phone number was not listed because of covid (???). I feared I had been scammed, but the piece I ordered eventually came and I am happy with it. They are just impossible to get in touch with.

horrible customer service. poor print on my order and they will not acknowledge it for a refund. Literally said they were working on doing a better job. Cost was over 200.00 would never recommend them.
