I wished to refuse delivery. I was not available when delivered. The package has obvious damage to the exterior. FXW will only pay for return if the fence is damaged. Beware of this when considering their advertisement of free 45 day return. I did not open the package to check the condition of the fence. Their suggestion is that I contact a carrier and pay for the return myself.

Within 24 hours fxw made it great from all angles. If more manufacturers did this, we would be in a better place.

It was very easy to put together and it looks great at our campsite. Definitely would recommend!

This product is sturdy, easy to setup, and now going to expand.

Very fast shipping and great price on this dog fence- plus it went up very easily and is a great way to allow my dog to go outside on the patio and enjoy the outdoors while i'm away.

I ordered 24 panels to be shipped to my sister’s rental so her little dog would have a safe place to hang out when outdoors. The shipment arrived VERY quickly and worked out perfectly to protect her dog but in an unobtrusive manner that blended in with the house. My sister was thrilled with this “housewarming gift”.

Ordered on May 5, got an email on May 6 that label was created. Now on May 9 I got an email asking for a review of my product that was delivered, but my product has NOT been delivered & the tracking still just says label created!

We love the product and concept of it! Although after 1 use most of the fence has rust spots on it at the joints! Will be carrying spray paint with us!

FXW has been an amazing product for our golden puppies. We have both an indoor and an outdoor pen. It is so easy to move with the pull-out rod system. We even take it with us when we travel. It is a great quality product, and we can't live without it. I cannot recommend it enough!

Just received my order in perfect condition. I haven’t set it up yet as the grass gets cut every Wednesday. I just needed a temporary fence because I’m moving at the end of summer. It will be used on my patio at the new house. Wish I’d bought this sooner

Easy deliver, set up on my floating home dock. Now my dogs pickleball doesn’t go in the lake!

We received our order of 14 panels and 2 gates today earlier than expected and in great condition. We had regular updates from FXW and the shipper along the way. All components were even better quality than anticipated. We put up fencing indoors around our front entrance as a safety barrier for our new little rescue dog while she is being trained. It was simple to put together and Sadie Jane approved. The gate requires 2 hands to open both latches which we consider a good safety feature. The rest of the panels we intend to use as a temporary pen to be moved around outdoors while we’re doing yard work and for socializing. The whole system is so flexible that there will be many uses. We couldn’t be more pleased and expect this fencing to hold up well.

We are so happy with the versatility of this product. The price is great too.

We love our new fence! It is tremendously easy to set up and take down, it only takes a few minutes to put away. We did buy the extra of the handle and straps which makes it very easy to carry in two sections. We bought 16 sections of the fence. The only negative thing I would say is that the gates are not easy to open while handling a dog that is excited. It would be helpful to be able to open the gate with one easy move. Currently, while holding my dog on the leash, I have to be able to pull both of the levers at the same time and pull on the gate to open. Other than that we love the fence!

Ease of assembly was what made this product awesome. Then, watching the pups run and play in their new space was truly a joy❤️
We are already considering adding additional space for them and possibly a shade cover. I wish you had those in a little bit larger sizes though.

We received the dog playpen fencing, 40”, in the mail today. It was a light weight fence which, somewhat, surprised me. I have no complaint. It was nice to set up. It only took us about 30-45 minutes to set up around our patio and perfect for our cats. They love to go outside but staying safe. We only have one that needs a leash and collar because she likes to roam so this was perfect to keep them enclosed. Ran a couple panels short so ordered more so the whole patio is enclosed. Thank you.

I had an issue with 2 of my fence panels. I contacted the company and the issue was resolved. FXW was understanding of the issue and stayed in constant contact with me until the issue was resolved. I love the fencing. It is so easy to setup and configure as needed.

Great company with a fantastic product. The panels are well made and the fact that you can create whatever size you need is priceless. Wonderful customer service. My only regret is not buying these sooner. I have three different size sets already. If you have a dog recovering from an injury these are amazing because you can create whatever size multiple contained areas and when they’re better you take it apart and use it as a camping fence again.

I started to look for outdoor/camping stuff at soon we brought our puppy home.
We have the instant Dog playpen 40 inches (16 panels) but after the box was not usable anymore, we had to start looking for storing options. We got a *storage bag & Easy carry Straps for our playpen. With one of each we can keep our fence together and organized when not in use. The storage bag has 2 pockets at the front that when we are using the fence we can store the Easy straps in and not lose them. The handle at the front makes it easy for my teenagers to carry and the long shoulder strap is great. I Love the small bag for the stakes. The design is great and durable. We are going on 2 years of having it and keeping our fence in great shape. We love everything about FXW. Things arrive super-fast and easy to use. I was looking at their main website FXW.LIFE and loved Blogs the most recently the food one that we can share with our dogs.

These are not fences, they are overpriced dog pens. It's on the box. The stakes are only 2 inches longer than the panel. I had to spend $171 on stakes that were long enough to hold up the panels because they refused to send me long enough stakes.

Timely shipment, correct item, received in good condition.
