I am absolutely thrilled with this product. So easy to put up and how nice it looks. I actually put this up at our home and my husband loves the fact so easy to move and he can just mow and not trim along it. We went with 32 inch height which works great for our Aussie and shelties. This product came quickly which i loved. I am very happy with this product and may order more for our fith wheel for when we go camping.

Our FXW order arrived within the week of our order and was accurate and complete. The quality of the fencing is outstanding and the installation was super easy (even in a 20 mph wind). The directions are helpful especially when installing on unleveled ground.

Super quick shipping, easy setup. Works great for keeping dogs contained camping. Definitely need stake bag and carriers.

Our package arrived in the mail promptly and as ordered. The playpen is very easy to assemble and our dog loves it. I can configure it however I wish and move it around the yard as needed. I would certainly recommend this product to my friends.

Got this for a rabbit I found. It was so easy to set up. The locking mechanism, on the door, is the area which could be improved. A sliding lock that stays in the open position would be better. I can always install one. I will not downgrade the product. Well worth the money, which I found extremely reasonable.

Received my puppy play pen in a short amount of time and the construction amazed me. My neighbor bought a similar set but not from this company and was so disappointed after seeing mine. The ease of set up was fantastic and the options this set gives me is perfect for my area. I will always recommend this to Anyone who asks about mine!

I'm so impressed! I was Little bit skeptical, The charge on my credit card said Hong Kong and I was really worried I would not get them in time. Have them in less than a week. And highly impressed with the product. Packaging could have been a little bit better but no complaints!

Love the fence, our girls love being outside with us while camping and these are perfect for it. They go up easy and come down just as easy. We have 3 sets now and just ordered a 4th so we can fence in the whole campsite so our girls can play and enjoy camping with us.

We opened our box which had some damage to it. I contacted this company right away with pictures of the two bent fence pieces. They immediately responded back to me. I was notified that two new fence pieces are on the way to us. It’s nice to know that there is a company that cares about their customers. It’s hard to find companies that actually respond and communicate clearly without making you feel like just an order number. Thank you for concerns about our needs and fixing this right away. I'm very happy with our new play pen! Easy to set up. I made a second order as I wanted a little more room. Delivery was really fast. The panels were all in good shape. I would recommend this product.

This fencing kit worked out great! It gives our dog the freedom to move around, play and take it the sunshine. While we have peace of mind knowing he will be safe.

I recently purchased a 45-inch, 16-panel dog exercise pen from FXW, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the product and their customer service. Given the size and weight of the item, I completely understand that shipping can be a challenge. When the package arrived, the outer box was a bit damaged, but inside was a flyer explaining their efforts to keep shipping costs reasonable—and more importantly, offering to make things right if anything arrived damaged.

Sure enough, two of the panels were slightly warped from shipping. I reached out, and true to their word, the company responded quickly and shipped out two replacement panels without hesitation. They arrived within just a few days.

FXW stands firmly behind their product. I highly recommend them to anyone - you can feel confident that they’ll take care of you!

Love this fencing. Can set it up anywhere I need to keep my puppies in or out of anything around the house or out camping. The only thing I would like to have is some stabilizing feet for when set-up is on a cement slab!

Love our home play pen. The quality was exceptional and packaged well. It will be easy to put together and add to it. We ordered 7 panels plus the gate panel. We are ordering the storage case today.

Very nice products, we bought an indoor and outdoor playpen. I called for the exact dimensions of the outdoor pen and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and polite.

We really like them, we ordered 3 sets of 14 and 2 gates, 4 panels were damaged. Called and they are going to replace them. So I ordered another 3sets, got them yesterday and 7 panels are damaged also. Calling them today also…. Love the idea shipping needs work
