A huge thank you to all at Future Planning Wealth Management with a special mention to Sian for the support, guidance and very professional manner in helping with our mortgage application, insurances and completion of a property. Sometimes a few problems along the way with our purchase but Sian was able to reassure and guide us through ( thank you Sian, you too Hannah ). Sanjay has been my financial advisor for 6 years now and I would highly recommend him. Emails and phone messages are always responded to promptly, and convenient appointments arranged if needed in addition to yearly meetings. I always feel that nothing is too much trouble for Sanjay and everything is explained carefully. He is professional as well as approachable. I definitely feel that Sanjay has my best interests at heart and provides me with enough information to be able to make financial decisions, without overwhelming me with detail. He keeps up to date with financial developments and will let me know if changes need to be made to my portfolio. I feel I get a very good, personal service.
I also want to mention the office staff, Cejay and Hannah, who are lovely. They are professional, polite and yet also very approachable. Queries are answered promptly and passed on to Sanjay if necessary. Messages are always passed on and I am always informed of the progress of paperwork. Sanjay is very lucky to have them.

I found Sian to be really helpful, particularly as the purchase was from my parents who will remain in the property, therefore there were added complications. She gave me completely non bias advice and explained the process in simple terms for me.
